heurguefloc, the "ghosting" that I think you're referring to is in the kick to the face clip whch is clearly two separate clips edited/layered in post with mismatching backgrounds. There's no reason that a complex movement or background should cause a ghosting effect.

Looks pretty good. Focus looks very soft in most cases though. no HD monitor?

How many FPS was this shot in? How much was the speed played back at?

Thanks. Shot at 25 fps, since thats the highest fps on the XHA1. But I used a powerfull tool in After effects calles Time remapping, where I could make the clips into Pixel motion. I played it back with 50% speed, and used Pixel motion. Pixel motion vil create the frames beetween the frames you shoot, so it wil not be laggy :)

Even though I like movie film 35mm adapters, you can make it look like a movie in post, but can take some time to get it just right!

no the adapters are not for the film look you have in mind. They are for the depth of field which most pro films have.

I've been looking at the Canon XHa1 and have seen a huge difference with the "SGpro"

THe SGPro is a 35mm adapter which makes footage look like film giving it a nice depth of field. It is expensive, but cheaper and better than the letus in my opinion.

SGPro is a great and cheaper choice but I don't feel it's better than Letus or Brevis. Although I have seen amazing footage with all of those adapters. I have Letus35 Extreme and am very happy with it.

30k ;) Den er filmet med SGpro som koster 5k. Men så trenger du linse. Da blir det fort 2k til. Også må du har programmet for å kunne redigere fargene slik som jeg har gjort. Da blir enda 3k. Så tilsammen 40k ;)
