His bicept is not contracting normaly there was some sort of trama to the ligaments in his arm
as those ligaments healed the muscle fibres misformed and allowed the muscle to bunch up in that area even though as it is now hes obviously not feeling any pain but as he ages he will probably have problems with that arm.
He is an ectomorph with long slim muscle fibers... looks that way under extreme contraction. The right arm looks like it might have 'had' a partial tear at one time.
Nice presentation....I would like to see you go totally vertical on your handstand pushup though, none of this halfway there business ;) all in all good video

just get a piece of rope, find a tree and you can do all these exercise. Bodyweight exercises are soo the best in my opinion
