I love your coffee..except your hand drip coffee....I was not able to taste any coffee flavor..
The taste was like bitter water.
Ritual coffee..you guys need to improve your hand drip skill....

I've been there and had coffee done like that twice. It's really not that bad, however you can tell that it's under extracted.

That's an interesting technique. I have not seen that sort of dump style used for V60 before. How did it taste?
