Kristine Lilly is probably the best player USA has had and will have. Best attitude and just there to represent her country. She brings a new meaning to womens soccer. Oh and i still think Solo should have been in goal instead of Scurry.... =/
i just had to go back and watch this with this years cup fastly approaching. it will b so weired not seing her on the field this year she has plyed in every world cup it is sad to see her go but she had an AMAZING carer with the team and i will always look up to her she and the rest that original team made me love this sport
This just makes me smile, the fact that women have the guts to argue with men.. Those women in all areas of womens rights didn't fight for nothing. I think our fighting attitude is proof enough that women don't "belong in the kitchen" and at HAAKONAS, I can't help but appreciate your point of view, but we should not rule over men, because the same thing would happen, we would become rude towards men. I think a joint life would be best, not just in the house, but in the world. :)

@gigisoccerstar yeah i wish she was she will be missed not only for talent but because she has led that team and been on it well at this time 20 years by the time she retiered only weeks ago 24 years. with 352 caps more then any man or women in the world. and only bested in goals by Mia. plus in 5 world cups has had to wins and 2 olympic golds. she is amazing :)

WHilst ive got nothing against women's football in principle I think their time would be much better served looking after their husbands and children's needs and doing their housework properly.

@HolyLloyd went to college with her brother scott back in the 80s. we won the championship on my intramural soccer team before i played indoor with the college team and he went on to star on the main team. they are like twins, same attitude.

Not her last World Cup. She's going to play in next years 2011 FIFA Womens World Cup in Germany!!! Going to be 6 World Cups. Incredible.
