@Triforce420 High enough doses of antichollinergics could most definitely have lasting side effects. They DO kill people and are considered poisonous after all. Responsible use and thorough research of any substance will minimise risk of personal harm, however.

yea when i was on datura it was the crazyest trip ever i loved it!!! i kept on droping and smoking imaginary ciggys haha they just kept disapearing lol apparently i talked to a bush for like an hour thinking it was my mate kerry hahaha but all in all it was a very spiritual trip and i took it forest so the natural surroundings made it so much more peaceful and spiritual and everything came alive. best experience of my life. but a very dangerouse drug wouldnt recomend it.

datura works by blocking acetylcholine signals to the brain. Once the deliriant wears off completely, your brain should be fairly intact. What kills you is blocking too much acetylcholine (something that is used in many chemical nerve gas agents) or cardio / hepatotoxicity. I agree, though.. not something to be taken lightly in the least.
@AylaVoets After deliriants block receptors some of the receptors stay blocked for a while after it's worn off. It's possible that certain receptors are either destroyed or permanently blocked because I've known people online that are perma-fried off deliriants, so they wouldn't be perma-fried unless it was possible to do permanent damage.

And on deliriants you wouldn't be able to comprehend or follow any sort of movie. There's a small chance that you would be looking at the screen at all, the hallucinations are usually more distracting than a tv.
