If the only way a 4D object can be interpreted in our collective 3D perception (world) is through a 3D projection of the 4D objects shadow... wouldn't that mean we, and any other 3D bit of matter has multiple forms in other dimensions? I have a 4 dimensional body, but my being human only allows me to perceive the 3D aspect... So, we need to invent 4D cameras and equip our brains to decode our multi-dimensional selves.
interesting but there are more important things to talk about other than dimensions like why America is sending isrieal weapons even though it is in a 3 trillion dollar dept but still interesting
@nolovenohate I suspect that the aid to Isreal is intended to appease a lobby here in the US since it doesn't appear to be enough to act as a deterent against terrorism. The 5D animation is just a doodle.
@rainxxxx Thats not really true. you can make a Mobius Strip to test prove concept. they even make Mobius resistors. that can cancel out EMI from tthe field. there is quit a few patend's on the geometry in use today. nobody knows for sure why it works. or why electrons flow in opposite direction on the strip. when a single phase current is applied.
It's not a trick, but we can only see the 3 dimensional part of it. it could have more to it. we just can't experience it.
a 4d tesseract cannot be materialised in a 3d world, ie ours, only its "Shadow", since shadow is always at least 1 dimension less, so a 4d,5d, etc objects Can have shadows in our world.
i think you are confusin the shadow, or projection of a 4d cube into our world, with the real cube itself. and the same for the rotations.
People normally confuse the 2D projections of images onto the retina with 3D objects. Point of view and motion enhance the 3D effect. It is our visual apparatus which imposes limits on what we see.

wow don't think so hard guys you might break your brains why are you talking about something so stupid and non important who cares about dimensions talk about something important like life and death wow i hate these kind of videos
Sorry you cannot translate a cube to anything 4d just because its translated again doesnt= 4d our eyes only see in 3d so no matter what you do it only has Hight Width and Legth. It is possible to conseve and create only after a spectrum of what it is... so stop.
look at 0.47, it comes to show the angle where you look from is also comes to show the human eye is the only thing that can wiew out of all the organs and with the conclution we found out (the angle we look from) it comes to show we cannot see life as we think we see it, the things we see makes us think about it and not about the parts we cant see soooo everyone can look but noone can see =D
No, our eyes see what we see, what your looking at there is a weird angle on a hollow plain of a 3 dimensional prototype of 4 dimensions Buuuuuuuuuuudddddddy
Well buddy, it doesnt matter, our eyes can see only 3 of the 5 geomertical dimensions so if im not seein it in 4d im not believing it and how does what your saysing here relate to your ramblings of seeing life not as it is, look up optical nerve on google im sure you could find some useful information or for you you might wanna look up Alsheimers
1. Seeing your screen is 3d, not 2d, it appears 2d, but we always see in 3d. The light you see from your screen is projected in 3d on a relitevely flat surface.
2. Time is not a dimmension, it is a measurement of velocity over distance, nothing more.
3. Gravity is an Effect of mass, not an Affect by "space-time"
Nice animation. It would be great to see all possible basic rotations (just x, just y, z, w, x+y, x+z, etc.) just for comparison. But this is very nice.
A cube forms part of a tesseract and its existence in time makes it 4 dimensional. That's probably the highest dimensional tesseract that we are directly familiar with. But we can imagine higher dimensional versions and "play" with them using a computer.
The sides chosen were of equal length and the translations are along x, y, z and w axes in Euclidean space. The tesseract was rotated in 4D to separate the "edges." The angle between any two edges at a vertex, the points marked with dots, is 90 degrees.
i dont see the 4th dimention

if you think this isn't 4d, then go to wikipedia and search "4 dimensional"
there is a picture of the same tesseract on wikipedia.

just because you draw lines and dots and animate the graph does not prove there are x amount of dimensions

Ever thought maybe extra dimensions might explain life and death if you just thought for a second?
Moron.

Life and death are not important. Humans are not important.
Nice try though.

think that your looking at a cellphone you never saw from the backside of it... can u explain how the front looks??
ANSWER NOO but you can say it has buttons in the front and that will be a conclusion from what u alreasy know sooo u cant 100% explain what u cant see

last time i've checked light travels trought 3d space so what you see is what you get

Also, the whole video was in 3d. Even the dot was 3d. 0d,1d,2d,4d,ect, are only concepts intrudeced by human imagination.

I have a question. Are all sides and angles equal in a tesseract (I mean in a hypothetical real tesseract, not in a 3D model)?
