They say it is privacy. But a citizen has the right to film anything in public or even refuse to sign the ticket and argue it in court. The police are lying about her rights to film the incident, and takes her ID unjustly. They lie to you simply because they assume you don't know better.

Seriously I dont usually defend malaysian police. But if she wrote something else other than her signature verfying the offence on the summons booklet, then she has done something wrong. If she didnt commit the traffic offense, challenge it in court, not start videoing the cops to intimidate. As far I can see the cops didnt do anything wrong on this video and they had every right to escort you to the police station for defacing government property.
the police have every rights to apprehend the bitc*. according to law, taking videos on public servant especially security agencies are PROHIBITED unless written authorization was granted. the two policeman should be well educated with laws, so next time they know what's can and can't. I've read the past few comments and the weird thing is that people are saying she made a fuss out of everything. The thing is I don't really understand what you all mean by she's making a fuss at all, because in the beginning of the video she had said that she WANTS to receive the ticket. Breaking a law and receiving a summon is another thing. U broke the law, the police hands u a summon, even by then, u have the right not to sign the summons if u don't think that the summon is applicable to u. Then it's up to the court to decide who is right and wrong.

There are good & bad cops.In Malaysia there seem to be small group of policemen who are damaging image of the force. The high no. of deaths of your young men in custody esp fr ethnic Indians mentioned here in the press is alarming ! Just a few days ago a young indian who testify against the Malay Policeman in a murder case was later arrested and beaten & jailed.

They say it is privacy. But a citizen has the right to film anything in public or even refuse to sign the ticket and argue it in court. Seriously I dont usually defend malaysian police. But if she wrote something else other than her signature verfying the offence on the summons booklet, then she has done something wrong. If she didnt commit the traffic offense, challenge it in court, not start videoing the cops to intimidate. As far I can see the cops didnt do anything wrong on this video and they had every right to escort you to the police station for defacing government property.

the police have every rights to apprehend the bitc*. according to law, taking videos on public servant especially security agencies are PROHIBITED unless written authorization was granted. the two policeman should be well educated with laws, so next time they know what's can and can't. Breaking a law and receiving a summon is another thing. U broke the law, the police hands u a summon, even by then, u have the right not to sign the summons if u don't think that the summon is applicable to u. Then it's up to the court to decide who is right and wrong.

Just a few days ago a young indian who testify against the Malay Policeman in a murder case was later arrested and beaten & jailed.
Our in law lives in KL and people are nice but sadly your politics and deaths in custody is destroying M'sia image.

@surfshawn Race doesnt matter here..its the fact that this woman cant even admit she was wrong, and thinks she is above law is so appalling for the police and other citizens. HANDSFREE MEANS NO HAND ON THE PHONE! if she is assuming HOLDING a phone away from her is safer, she might as well just talk normally.
Morale of the story :Just accept you did something wrong and pay the ticket at police station. If you want to accuse somebody, please have a solid evidence first, or it could back fire you

(I never vote before) We are 1Malaysian act like one, stop behaving like kids in school. My point of view both are wrong, One intimidate and another intimidated. After watching this video more than 10 times I find that the police shouldn't raised the voice and the lady should make a police report over these policeman not intimidate them. (This is only my opinion)

After so many "investigations" about the police can you blame the rakyat for not trusting them anymore?
It may be that some PDRM staff need some serious lessons in respecting the people they SERVE and are supposed to PROTECT.

Pamela is expressing fears felt by many minorities non-muslim malays who face harassment daily .
Majority of victims of snatch thiefs,robberies & other terrible criminal acts are from ethnic minorities - hopefully new IGP will instruct his officers to help stop these crimes against ethnic minorities-otherwise it is seen by as a kind of discriminating act .
Thank God, we have good Muslims in Pas,Keadilan & even Umno who can see the injustice against the non muslims minorities.

The way she says "i am scared now" is said with sarcasm.... and to have waited there even after saying bye... She is just another one on those attention seekers... too bad her stupidity has been shown here...
