I went out and got 3 of these today. Two of them swatched great but the purple one swatched patchy which looks different then what she got. Has this happened to anyone? I don't know if I got a defective one or if it's just me?

@vintagediamond with painted purple i got a patchy swatch as well but i think it's because i was using my fingers because then i applied it with a synthetic brush and got amazing color payoff. the same thing happened with tough as taupe..so i basically only use them with a synthetic brush now..

@brittcoffeelove I totally agree!! Why spend mega money buying high end products when alot of drugstore stuff is the same (if not better) quality? For example, I have practically the entire L'Oreal HiP product line and the shadows are soooo pigmented its insane. Also, a lot of Wet 'n Wild's eyeshadows are crazy pigmented too!!!

I've heard the L'Oreal infallible cream shadows are great too and also work as a primer/crease-free shadow. They have a light shade that is almost a true nude... wish Tattoo did too, the closest is the grayish taupe one. I'm mixing the two products up in my head, when I saw the L'Oreal at the store I was like 'wait I didn't know they had these colors" because I had Tattoo on the brain lol

I love these! I had been looking for these but they were sold out everywhere. I was in Westwood in LA last week and could not find parking so I parked in the CVS parking lot. I figured I'd go and buy something so i can say i went to CVS and they can't tow my car! OMG they had a whole display of these with all the colors! I got 4 of them to try and they are great. So if you are in the LA area try the CVS in Westwood!
