I wanted to know that same question at the end when I saw one of my favorite players Jimmy Clausen had two different cards one with the black uniform and the other with the white. I wanted to know if one was rarer or more valuable? Also I am a big card collector and would like to win the Sam Bradford card.

I purchased a box with a friend and we divided up the packs. If I had a video of my one-half box break, you would see me ending up with only 1 autograph card, 163 Sergio Kindle. Yes, the conclusion of my video would feature a grown man (me) crying. If anyone could possibly have a worse report, they should receive the Sam Bradford card, but I believe I may be one of the most deserving. My friend has not opened his packs, but he is in a much better mood than I am regarding this box split.

I love this product every year. Love the inserts. the on card autographs show up a lot better than last year. The only thing is, I loved the design of 09 contenders. It was one of my favorite looking cards of all time.

I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, and also attended the same High School as Sam Bradford. As a lifelong Sooner fan, and card collector, I can without a doubt tell you there isn't an athlete more worthy of his stardom and success than Sam Bradford. Not just because of his accomplishments on the field, but more importantly how he carries himself off the field. His character is impeccable. He will be one of the greatest to ever play the game. I would love to have this card, to keep forever.

Wouldn't it be great if the Golden Ticket actually was something spectacular?

An example would be a complete rookie auto set. Something like that hasn't been done by any company in awhile.

This football season I decided to take the leap and asked my wife to allow me to purchase a 1998 Manning Rookie Ticket auto for 3k. All during the course of the season I went on to purchase Eli, Brees, Rivers, Rogers, Brady just to name a few. It would be great to be the one chosen to receive the SAM BRADFORD Rookie Auto!

Panini has definitely continued the Donruss tradition of keeping Playoff Contenders a top level product for NFL rookie cards. I'd imagine the process is anything but... still the simplicity of the design used for the "golden ticket" cards works well.

The best part of this video is Carlos' attempted (and "moderately" executed) diversion of the final question.

I was at my local card shop the other day and bought 3 boxes of contenders. I was just about done ripping through the first box when another collector came in. He also took 3 boxes. As I was opening my 2nd box, he was going through his first. I was happy that i pulled a Jahvid Best auto, but he ended up pulling a Tebow auto. I was personally ok with that because i think Tebow is overrated, but then in his 3rd box, he pulled the Sam Bradford auto. I was in shock.

The autos are super nice this year. Went out and bought two boxes after seeing this. Wasn't lucky enough to get a Bradford, but all the autos are super clear and sharp. Even the stickers are nice. Great product.

The idea of golden ticket is phenomenal it reminds of willie wonka & chocolate factory. In my perspective i believe the product should be placed at higher price since it offers variety of cards & autos. I love Contenders football. It's my absolute favorite product every year. Panini did one heck of a job with Contenders. The base cards are awesome to look at, I love the white backgrounds. I'm happy to see a Danny Woodhead rookie card. I'm a big fan of all these newer guys that would of never made it in the NFL 10 years ago because of size standards. You probably haven't heard of Brian Shay, but he would of made it in the NFL in this day and age. Glad to see general managers in the NFL thinking outside the box, and having success. Great set.

This is by far one of the best overall products of the year. well balanced and something for everyone: base set, super bowl tix cards, variations, and of course auto rookie tickets as well as the new golden ticket. i do wish you could get the gold tix autographed, but still a great concept. Panini did their homework here and it shows.
