I homeschool and serve the canned green beans with our lunches. I buy the salt free canned beans. Simple, and my son and I love them :)They are very good for you.
I love greenbeans! But I only get the fresh ones. Do u have a steamer or rice steamer? If you stem the fresh ones it is so healthy for you and then you can spice them up a bit and you can add your other ingredients to them. But if you dont have time,,this recipe will work just fine.
On the weekends and on break from school that when I cook my fresh greenbeans from the farmers market. Their soooo much better. Using the steamer one will get all the nurt. and flavor. There's nothing like a fresh snapped GreenBean.
