It doesn't come with radio neither receiver or battery, I have two funcopters and they are AWESOME, very stable and fast, easy to fly, the best heli for FPV flight. The only problem, parts availability. all hobby stores and websites in the US don't have some of the most common parts in stock. I ordered a flybar and some ball linkages from Germany, it;s been more than one week and still haven't had an estimated delivery date.
Sounds rather high in price? Have you actually seen one flying in real life. or had a go? It's not aimed at a Rap 50 flyer - you guys hate the abcence of 'Bling' and it won't invert. It's aimed at the fixed wing pilot who wants a go with a tough heli. But not for beginner? Tres contrere! I learned from scratch in 6 weeks and I now happily fly circuits. The total cost in spares to date is less than £40! Admittindly I don't go flying is high winds, I go sailing then instead ;-)
Yes my friend bought a funcopter from Tower Hobbies last week and asked me to set it up and test fly it. I have an Ikarus Jetranger which is also a which flys much better for around the same price and is collective pitch.

Tell me about it!
I dont think they are fixed pitch. But these include some unique design features
Direct Drive rotor shaft. Never have to replace gears again!
But i agree completely with the silliness about the price. They are probably just marketed out by the Chinese. !!!!!

Unfortunatley i dont think so. It is Fixed pitch, no matter how manuvreable it is the fact that is is fp will kill sales.
