Yeah, I remember this! When the station was originally known as "The Annenberg/CPB Channel", this was also used., it was just basically carried over to the new Annenberg Media channel in 2006. The "Intelligent Television" tag, seen at 0:58, could also be seen at the end of certain programs in which the Annenberg used to promote on their promos, in between promos.
