The Gown at 0:33 looks amazing! But, is it editorial, high-fashion only; or could it be pulled off on the red carpet too? depending ong the award ceremony too of course! and what actress would wear it?

it's a fantasy and signature dress. it's also editorial and high fashion. it's not easy to use in red carpet events. however, it's cool.
