  • When Obama is finally proven illegally in office (the day a Judge finally examines the evidence), will we get our billions of dollars back from his political buddies? From the UAW, GM, Solyndra, Brightsource...

Or do the crooks get to keep the loot their "capo di capi" dished out to them?

  • @AmericaSpeakOut1 When you finally get back on your meds and seek the mental help you so clearly need, will you come back to YT and remove all your moronic posts?

  • You're not above the law, obama. You piece of shit.

  • .........all I have to say is.......It's cause he's black. Thats why you don't want him on the ballot.

  • I'll bet that not a single Republican candidate has the balls to bring this issue up, at all. And if none of the candidates do bring it up, then why in the hell would anyone want to vote for such cowards?

  • @BloodTar There's nothing to bring up. The State of Hawaii has issued two legal documents, certified by state officials as being authentic, which state that President Obama was born in Honolulu, HI to Stanley Ann Dunham on Aug. 4, 1961. Per the Constitution, every jurisdiction within the United States MUST honor these documents (Article IV, Sec. 1, The Constitution of the United States of America).

  • @GeorgiaKev

"every jurisdiction MUST honor these documents"

Oh really? Your delusional boat of beliefs is full of holes and is sinking rather quickly. We'll see how this all plays out over the next few months.

  • The birthright forgery that Obama put on the Internet proved to be a forgery. It was opened in Adobe Distiller and all the erasing and retyping was seen.

We have a criminal pretending to be president and doing a lot of harm. Things that Obama did, such as Obama Care and presidential edicts, need to be reversed because they were done under false pretenses.

  • @dakfeld Nothing was "proven" to be "fake". You can't determine if a document is authentic simply by looking at a PDF copy of it on a computer screen. The birthtards were just embarrassed after the president released his LONG-FORM birth certificate which they had screamed for years that he was somehow "hiding" and the only way to save face was to say "oh well, it's fake!".

It was certified as authentic by the State of Hawaii, and that's all that is constitutionally-required (A4S1).

  • And here's the ruling from the Georgia Administrative Court....

"The Court finds testimony of the witnesses, as well as the exhibits tendered, to be of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support Plaintiffs’ allegations."

    --Judge Michael Malihi

  • It just goes to show how far down the road to tyranny the USA has gone.He does not show won't show and nothing will be done about it and the mainstream media won't talk about it.Game over and if you keep on about it you will be in a FEMA camp dressed in a cosy orange suit because you let him sign the ndaa act saying you are a terroist if he deems so.

  • What is Michael M. Mahili's middle name? Matthew? Mehdi?

  • He has time to vacation & golf. Clear his name ? No Time ! WTF ?

  • Check out my video, Voodoo Dolls of the Elite Part 2 on Vimeo....you can find links in the description fields of most of my recent YouTube videos. YouTube has blocked this, and Part 1, along with a few others because of 3rd party content.

  • Of course Obama and his drones say a court has no authority over him and that all these efforts will fail. He believes he's above all laws, responsibility, and accountability. That's how narcissists are. And the worst kind of narcissist is one who's been given lots of power with vague boundaries.

  • @NoGuff actually the powers are clearly defined in the constitution.... he has none. People and the states do.

  • To @NoGuff :

Most people have little knowledge of court procedure;it is basic knowledge that when a person does not show up to a court hearing, they automatically lose the case! The law hasn't changed! Therefore Obama lost this case and he must have had a sense of fear for not attending;hmm, we wonder what? might it be that his social security card states that the owner of the social security number is not Obama & that he is over 125 years old? How did he get away with this?

    God bless America

  • @TheAc2009ac

"How did he get away with this?"

--The same way that got all judges, federal prosecutors, Congressmen, and state legislators to totally ignore the Constitution. The Chicago way.

  • Dont get me wrong i do not like Obamas politice at all ...But MItt Romney has stated his father was born in Mexico so shouldent he also be disqualified to run for POTUS ?

  • @wout661 Yes . . . this does mean that Mitt Romney would also ineligible to run for president.

  • @JosephLupoli

I asked around about this and it was explained that Mexico dose not give citizenship simpley by being born in thier country.Being Mitttens parents were both American citizens and never renounced thier citizenship his father would legaly be American.

IN my opinion giving citizenship to a child just because his/her parrents snuck across or traveled across the border is insaine.

  • @wout6

Okay. Thank's for getting back to me on that. And you're right--it is insane.

  • @wout661 wow, amazing point, you should send this to ron paul or media, good one

  • Comment removed

  • @wout661 No. Romney's father was naturalized american, and his mother was an american person, so, it gives him the natural born citzen status. Santorum might have an issue with that, because i think his father was not naturalized when he ws born, but got naturalized later i guess but in both cases it is not that they are the president with obama the problem is that he is the president and has SSN problems, is not a natural born citzen, lack of his life records (uni, army, etc.) ' he's a mistery'

  • President Obama is in default, based on the no show in a Georgia Court.

I urge all states to follow the example of Georgia and force this issue for the people.

I am truly sorry to see this type of scandal and the cowardly disrespect of our President.

The Constitution must be followed by the rich & poor and there are no exclusions or exceptions under the law for a Current President or passed President to be exempt or excluded from his responsibility.

  • @TheQuester777 i know there is a birther queen is there also a birther GOD?

  • You can kiss Obama's sorry ass GOOD-BYE on 1/20/2013!!! Book-It Dano!!!

  • why is not fox news not not covering this important story?

  • I'm RACIST for criticizing Obama.

TERRORIST because I'm not with Bush.

ANTISEMITIC for not supporting Rothschild Zionism.

    TEABAGGER for supporting the Constitution.

    TRUTH-ER for asking unanswered questions.

TRAITOR for whistle-blowing on my corrupt Government.

CONSPIRACY THEORIST for presenting documented facts.

TROLL for uploading news, videos, quotes and U.S.Atrocities.

ANTI-AMERICAN for supporting Constitutionalists like Dr. Ron Paul.

    RON PAUL 2012!

  • @WeThePeopleVStheNWO I disagree wit the conspiracy stuff. No way 9/11 was an inside job,no logic behind that AT ALL. In a video on here of 9/11 people are saying "I told you that sucker was coming down" about the building you guys cry fowl about. Forget which one. but, lets not argue. I agree, Ron Paul is the BEST candidate around today.

  • @Songwriter4God There is nothing BUT logic behind the 9/11 conspiracy. It wasn't STRICTLY an inside job, but there were plenty of people in our own government who were in on it, but they are first and foremost NOT allied with America, but with extremely super-rich globalists. OUR politicians doing THEIR bidding AGAINST us, for what they believe to be a 'greater global good'.

  • @Songwriter4God The WARS are only ever started for reasons of CONTROL of either natural resources, or supply and control of money/currency and credit. It's all business. It's all ideology and control for the sake of business.

  • @aivilik Yes, many are. But not all. I disagree 100% on the 9/11 stuff though. Nice amp in your avatar.

  • @Songwriter4God Thanks for keeping it civil. Not enough of that going around these days. I know not all politicians are corrupt, but most are; all you need do is look at the current state of the state to see that. There is a TON of scientifically irrefutable evidence suggesting that 9/11 was a false flag pretext for going into Afghanistan first, the momentum of which was piggy-backed as the so-called 'war on terror' and pretext for going into Iraq, which followed immediately.

  • @Songwriter4God Believe me; I used to think it was NOT an 'inside job' myself, but then I actually started looking into the FACTS and thinking about how people in power are; the old saying 'Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely' hasn't been around for a long time for nothing. People get into office and most of them change...and not for the better, as they affect policy. Thanks for the compliment on my amp. I don't play too much anymore, but it's fun when I get to.

  • @aivilik Ok, on the Iraq/Afghanistan wars: The thing I don't understand about people who debate those is, if we HADN'T gone there, there'd be a LOT more Al-Qaeda and Talliban members alive, we've killed plenty of them and probably averted multiple attacks by doing so. Would you rather be dead, or alive? We have a military to defend the country, and that's what we're doing over there, yes, we have nothing to do with the country, but we do when they shelter terrorists who killed millions.

  • @Songwriter4God As a canadian, I full supported a war with Al-Qaeda and the taliban, because they were dangerous irrational actors on the world stage. Iraq on the other hand, was a complete waste of time and only resulted in thousands of pointless deaths, escalated gas prices and a destabilization of the region.

  • @gaddez I'm an American who predicted all that would happen in 2003 when Bush recklessly took us into war with Iraq. At the time, I was branded a "traitor" and an "idiot" by right-wingers.

  • @GeorgiaKev I was actually fairly open minded to the possibility of war in the fall of that year; I had presumed that the CIA had found evidence of WMDs and was going to show them. When that fell through, it was about how saddam supported terrorists. When it was pointed out that he didn't support AQ, it became about how he was a very bad man.

  • @gaddez 1), the Bush family had a personal vendetta against Saddam. Bush-baby wanted to finish the job his father left undone. 2) There was a good chance of the U.S. gaining control of the oil fields by invading Iraq which would have given us a lot of power and driven down energy prices here at home. Third, Bush wanted an issue to ensure he'd win the 2004 election, the same trick his father tried with the first Gulf War in '91 and the U.K.'s Thatcher did with the Falklands in '82.

  • @GeorgiaKev

    "1), the Bush family"

--Hussein violated the terms of the Cease Fire Agreement countless times, any one occurence gave us every right to invade & remove him. So, get some facts.

    "2) There was a good"

--We took control of Iraq, then as soon as stability took we gave it all back to the Iraqi People. So, you were in favor of us "stealing Iraqi oil?"

    "same trick his father tried"

--You mean the one that worked so well for him?

    "Thatcher did with the Falklands"

    --What about FDR?

  • @NoGuff

What interest did we have in pushing him out of Kuwait in 1991? OIL!! (That was THE reason).

Maybe we had the "right" to remove SH, but doing so proved to be a very costly mistake. It took our focus off of Afghanistan allowing the Taliban to regroup and bin Laden to evade us for more than a decade.

Yes, Bush, Sr's approval #'s shot up to 90+% after the First Gulf War, but the recession brought those #'s back down. Unlike Thatcher, Bush couldn't call for an early election!

  • @GeorgiaKev "THE reason" --It was one, yes, a very good one. Others were aiding allies, stability, protecting our interests, etc. Things you wouldn't understand. "costly mistake" --Everything is costly. We took out 100s of al Qaeda leaders. Baghdad had a lower death rate than Detroit "Taliban to regroup" --Obama allowed that even without Iraq.. "bin Laden to evade" --We had dedicated units for that, nothing delayed them. "but the recession" --So your claim holds no water. Typical.
  • @NoGuff

aiding allies, stability, protecting our interests, etc

Yeah, "strategic" allies, like the OPEC nations......OIL was THE factor.

    "costly mistake"

So it's okay when Rethugs spend money, but when Dems do it, it's unacceptable. Baghdad isn't part of the U.S., Detroit is. We need to focus on our own country first.

The Taliban had regrouped LONG before Obama was elected.

Osama Bin Laden--Bush didn't get him, but Obama DID.

    Facts are stubborn things.

  • @GeorgiaKev

    "OIL was THE factor"

--Marxists who hate America simply can't understand, just like I said.

"but when Dems do it, its unacceptable"

--Because they spend it on the wrong things, like their pet Socialist ideas and their Marxist hate.

"We need to focus on our own country first"

--We do, and we also need to focus on other places at the same time, you bumper sticker logic ninny.

  • @NoGuff

You know you have a right-winger beaten on the facts when they resort to calling you a "Marxist", "Socialist", and "bumper-sticker logic ninny."

Everything I said was 100% true: the ultimate reason for the 1991 Gulf War was OIL and everybody knows it; and if you've ever driven on an interstate highway, or had your money fully-refunded after your bank went under, or ever visited a national park, you must also be a die-hard socialist bent on harboring marxist-like hatred.

  • @GeorgiaKev

    "you have a right-winger beaten"

--The facts are on my side AND you're a Marxist. The two are not mutually exclusive, dum-dum.

"Everything I said was 100% true"

--I'm sure Josef Goebbles said the same thing.

"the ultimate reason for the 1991 Gulf War was OIL"

--A simplistic view. Your foolish ideology demands you don't see the facts.

"you must also be a die-hard socialist"

--Public infrastructure is not Socialist, no more than the police or fire departments are, dummy.

  • @NoGuff Facts are not opinions guffy, the primary and overriding purpose of the Gulf War was OIL. You can believe your fantasies (like we were simply fighting "naked aggression") all you want, but oil was THE motive. As for you're saying I'm a Marxist, I have no doubt whatsoever that you have NO clue what Marxism even is. And yes, public infracture and services are funded with tax dollars, and thus, by tea-bag definition, is "socialism" (better yet, "marxism" and "communism"!).

  • @GeorgiaKev

    "before Obama was elected"

--And they weren't allowed to get the upper hand. Now Obama gave them our exit date. And so they are regrouping, & just waiting us out. Obama Admin actually met with them to negotiate their return to power.

"Bush didn't get him, but Obama DID"

--Fact: Obama got him by continuing the strategies Bush put into place, which he criticized. Also fact: Obama actually had to "sleep on" the decision to get him, literally. What a fucking unamerican coward.

  • @NoGuff

If Bush had focused on Afghanistan instead of getting distracted with Iraq, we could have wiped out the Taliban completely (or at least set them back a few decades). But after Iraq started in 2003, Afghstn was placed on a distant backburner. Bush's focus was on Iraq, not on destroying al-Queda's benefactors.

Obama caught bin Laden because he FOCUSED on getting bin Laden and the rest of the al-Queda leaders we've been knocking off the last 3 years.

  • @gaddez Well, the reason we're in Afghanistan and we were in Iraq was because the countries leaders supported Al-Qaeda and the Taliban. It's really one war, the war on terror, terrorists have organized groups in places though and their leaders are places, so we then have to go to those places to fight them and defend ourselves, which is why we were in Iraq.

  • @Songwriter4God wrong. Saddam was extremely secular and would not have had any interest in a fundamentalist organization. Further, "opening a second front" is absurd when the core leadership of AQ was located in another nation that was already under siege. The existence of AQ and supporting organizations after the invasion was more a case of opportunism then the existence of a pre-existing force.

  • @gaddez Oh, you're right, he was. :P My bad. He was still a dictator, and the Iraq was also to prevent terrorists from gaining control of Iraq.

  • @aivilik As for the inside job crap, I still think it's a bunch of looney tunes to say it's an inside job. Al-Qaeda's admitted they did it and are proud of it.

  • well he is guilty until proven innocent under the new laws of america

  • Anyone seems is racist if they dare doubt obama. He has given plenty reason for people OF ALL Colors not to like him. He aint no count.....plane and simple! He's no good president.

  • Racism is alive and well in Georgia.

  • @mr4anarchy Shut up with that crap! Racism is ALL over the word. But to say someone os racist just because obama is a shitty president is just STEW---PID.

  • @imaStonesFan Eat Me, ya dumb cunt.

  • its about the power. Only one guy running that isn't running for the power .I don't even have to say his name , Ron Paul 2012 America is ALL IN

  • President Obama won't be there. The birthers will lose.

  • I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @lptinvestor Obama wasn't there, but he was a no show at his peril. Those are not my words, but those of the Georgia Secretary of State. Obama is going to find himself in very hot water very shortly. You globalists will lose. There ARE no 'birthers'. There are only Americans and globalists. If you are a globalist, you don't belong in any of these united States of America.

  • To be President of the USA, Obama must be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USA and it requires 2 conditions:

    1) Obama must be born in the USA.

    2) Obama's parents MUST BOTH be American citizens.

Obama's father was NEVER an American citizen!

Therefore OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE USA!

Check "The Natural Born Citizen Clause of Our U.S. Constitution Requires that Both of the Child’s Parents Be U.S. Citizens At the Time of Birth" at puzo1.blogspot.com

  • JFK really really tried to warn ALL OF US:

"All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them." -Galileo

JFK TRIED TO WARN THE U.S. ABOUT A MONOLITHIC & RUTHLESS CONSPIRACY AROUND THE WORLD WHERE HE ASKED THE MEDIA TO HELP ALERT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. THE MEDIA DID NOT ALERT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. THE EVIL CONTINUES!!!

  • @TheKILLASHILL

If you like the JFK quote: how about this from George Washington:

"There is a natural and necessary progression from the extreme of anarchy to the extreme of tyranny; and that arbitrary power is most easily established on the ruins of Liberty abused to licentiousness." -- George Washington Maxims

  • Obama needs to prove who he is and thats a fact ...If someone doesnt agree with the Constitution of the United States , They can get the hell out and find a different country to live in... Ron Paul 2012!!! ....

  • WE DEMAND PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY: SHOW YOUR RECORDS

    .

Passport(s); Kindergarten; Punahou School; Occidental College; Columbia University (& Sr. Thesis); Harvard Law School (& HLR articles, if any); IL State Bar Association; IL State Senate records/schedules; Marriage license (& Divorce docs) of Obama Sr. + Stanley Ann Dunham; Marriage license of Stanley Ann Dunham + Lolo Soetoro; Adoption records of Barack Obama Jr. by Lolo Soetoro; AND the original hard-copy long-form Certificate of Live Birth

  • Alternate headline: Two more days before Obama initiates drone strike against Atlanta.

  • 'the president'...right!

  • 2 more days!!

  • This is fantastic news.

  • I hope the lawyers know that a quash motion eliminates any claim to any further motions to the court by the Rules of Court.

  • The judge has not ordered the President to appear.

I repeat: the JUDGE has NOT ordered the President to appear.

Plaintiff's attorneys subpoened him but the subpoeanas have no enforceability.

The JUDGE has not ordered the President to appear.

  • Heh heh. The king, the Czar, the god-man, forced to stand before a lil' judge and explain who he really is. Love it.

  • As usual another media talking head just can't seem to get the term "NATURAL BORN Citizenship" to come out of his mouth! This is a case of a court that is focusing on the Constitution. The words of qualification for the President in the Constitution are "Natural Born Citizen" NOT merely a "Citizen" of the United States!

  • RON PAUL 2012

  • Obama is too busy to prove he's eligible for office. At the time he filed the motion to quash the subpoena, he was telling 90-year-old Betty White to hand over her birth certificate, followed up by the debut of his post-presidential career aspiration, singing Al Green songs at the Apollo. This week he's going to Vegas, baby.

  • @foundjoe He's not going to recieve a very warm welcome when he gets here. A couple years back, upon departing from Las Vegas he made a public statement, saying, "Don't go to Las Vegas and spend your money!" Apparently he's not very knowledgable about the way our economy works here!

  • Duties? Bo has duties??? (I mean besides fancy parties and vacations)

  • @BibleStudy888

yeah, like giving bestowing medal's of honor, pulling troops out of Iraq, ordering the kill or Capture of Bin Ladin, speaking to American children about education.Health care reform, lowering taxes, dealing with congress's inability to do anything... etc etc etc. yes he has duties

  • @SEEPRICE You could write up an even longer list of the positive achievements of Stalin or Mao. And half of what you wrote here for Obama amounts to why he's going to lose re-election.

  • @MyFriendLeonard1

since you have a crystal ball that tells you whats going to happen the first tuesday in november, can you give me the Mega million numbers for tonight?

Thanks for comparing the duly elected president (who was voted in my both the popular vote and electoral college) to Stalin. It shows your unbiased opinion (sarcasm)

  • @SEEPRICE I thought you Marxists disdain the lottery.

And tell me how much respect YOU will show the next duly elected President, who will be a pro-life Republican with an authentic birth certificate and an accute native-born love of the Constitution.

  • @MyFriendLeonard1

    your psychosis knows no bounds.

first off I am not a Marxist.

secondly IF (and a big IF) the next president is a rebublican. I still respect the office and title held. be it republican, democrat, constitutionalist, liberatarian or other.

you see, I do not follow an idealogy in politics like you. I vote for the person who best represents myself. no matter what political party that person may or may not associate him or herself with.

  • @SEEPRICE I don't believe a word of this. Anyone who cries tears for Obama knows exactly what that fraud is and approves of every unConstitutional thing he's up to.

  • @MyFriendLeonard1

why ask the question then if you will not believe anything besides your preconcieved notions of me, a person you know nothing about?

  • @SEEPRICE I thought I might shock you into realizing what a Marxist you are. Then my hope was to leave it to your own good conscience to effect a wholesome political makeover.

  • @MyFriendLeonard1

Please define Marxism for me. because your apparantly do not know what it is.

then show me what I have written that could be seen as Marxist

  • @SEEPRICE Or you could just say you're caught.

But then ever to be truthful with yourself might undermine your support for Obama.

So he's got you in quite a moral bind, doesn't he?

Don't look to me for pity. ...

  • @MyFriendLeonard1

no you just do not know what the definition of Marxism is... which is why you attempt to change the subject.

how could I look at you for pity... when you are the one deserving fo pity from all true tolerable and reasonable Americans?

  • @SEEPRICE And now who's thinking whatever he wants to think about someone? The only difference being your lame inaccuracy at it.

And could you define tolerance and reasonableness for me? I'm really yearning to know if you know what those terms mean. Not everyone does! So could you waste our time in answering this stupid question? That would be a FASCINATING direction for this conversation to go in. Yes, let's ask each other stupid questions pertaining to the meaning of common household terms.

  • @MyFriendLeonard1

Marxism is NOT a common household term. please first define Marxism instead of attempting to deflect the question. then you can ask a question yourself and I will be happy to answer.

you see this is what birthers do. when approached with a question or logic that they can not answer, they try to deflect the question or change the subject. so just answer what the definition of Marxism is and show what I said that is marxist. until you can either STFU or say you dont know

  • @SEEPRICE Do liberals EVER get bored of themselves? I guess not.

In a society run by Marxists, do you REALLY think it's any sort of mystery? It's a mystery to no one. In fact, it's all the rage, as popular as Che t-shirts, as commonplace as the OWS crowd. You just don't know where to take this discussion. And I'm not surprised. Obama supporters are neither candid nor bright.

I'm still waiting for you to define tolerance and reasonableness. Are you incapable of doing so? Fascinating discussion.

  • @MyFriendLeonard1

"You just don't know where to take this discussion"

the discussion is about eligibility, you for some reason have gone way off the reservation and are talking about liberal and marxist (which by the way you cant define)

    loser... yawn

  • @SEEPRICE I'm happy to bore a boring Marxist, who doesn't know how to run a discussion except right into the ground, insisting on answers to stupid questions. And so that's how they operate in the political arena as well.

You're right though. We capitalists will lose. You socialists will win. The 21st c. will see the world go into authoritarian reverse. No progress. No freedom. All repression. And when it finally collapses, you socialists will shift the blame and still shamelessly seek power.

  • @MyFriendLeonard1 ; You are MISTAKEN. The U.S. will NEVER kneel to socialist scum, NOR the Obamunist, OR his minions, NOR the Obamacrats and their relentless attempt to DIVIDE and CONQUER our Nation via the Muslim missionary-in-chief.

  • @SEEPRICE - "Birthers" are those AMERICANS that seem to think they have the RIGHT to question those they put into POWER, and keep questioning until they get an answer that isn't a LIE. "Marxism" is that failed philosophy that attempts to TAKE "from each according to ability", and GIVE "to each according to his needs". Fuck THAT, and every cheesy bitch that even THINKS it.

  • @DTansy

I would agree with you IF (big if) they (birthers) would have filed suit against Bush Sr. or Clinton. as well as the presidential candidates during the US 2008 and 2012 elections. because birthers have not seen the BCs of ANY other presidential candidate besides Obama and perhaps Mccain.

fact is Birthers are selectively picking their outrage

    comment on that

  • @SEEPRICE All presidential candidate are going to HAVE TO PROVE their Constitutional eligibility to run for and occupy public office from here on out, because Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen, and is probably not even a U.S. citizen of any kind. This is the reason he has been targeted; because he's not eligible. Bush and McCain were eligible.

  • @aivilik wrong quit lying obama is and will always be eliigible

  • @SupremekaiD5 I did not lie; you did. Read the Constitution: "only a natural born citizen is eligible to the office of President.' Obama's 'birth certificate': Father's place of birth: KENYA. What does this mean? It means Obama is not a natural born citizen because BOTH parents have to be American citizens, so Obama is therefore ineligible to the office of President. You are wrong.

  • @aivilik like i said quit lying thats all you birthers do and you know the constitution says nothing about parents so his father is irrelevant and you know it. Yea his dad is kenyan and obama is a natural born citizen

  • @SupremekaiD5 Like *I* said (what YOU said is nonsense), the term 'natural born citizen' has a definition, which is that BOTH parents are legal citizens of the United States. This is a well-known FACT. Your Kenyan god is a FRAUD. Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. In fact, it's looking like he is not even a U.S. citizen AT ALL.

  • @aivilik oh quit your lying thats all you birthers do it has never been required for both parents to be citizens obama was born here making hi a natural born citizen, period.

  • @aivilik

before you say that Bush IS eligible, tell me where you have seen HIS birth certificate. If you have not then you dont know if Bush was or wasnt. same goes for all past presidents. its hypocritical to claim Obama isnt a citizen or NBC when he is the ONLY one to ever show his BCs while you give the other presidents a pass and you have not seen theirs

BTW being born to a US citizen (his mother) automatically makes him a US citizen at birth 9th grade civics

  • @SEEPRICE No president's birth certificate has ever been required to be certified as authentic. That IS going to change, and you can take that to the bank. I don't give a fuck what YOU think is 'hypocritical'. Everything that comes out of the mouths of Obama and everyone he surrounds himself with is hypocritical, and what THEY say and think and do actually affects the POLICY of the richest, most powerful and influential nation in the history of the world, so you had better be a LOT

  • @aivilik

"Everything that comes out of the mouths of Obama and everyone he surrounds himself with is hypocritical"

thank you for that single statement. It shows you, like 99% of birthers will jump onto any issue with Obama because you dont like him. not because the issue is actually valid.

  • @SEEPRICE more concerned with THEIR hypocrisy than mine. *I* am trying to SAVE this country from tyranny and despotism, while Obama and his socialist cronies are trying to DESTROY it. Being born in the united states, REGARDLESS of the citizenship of wither of one's parents automatically grants one a U.S. citizen; NEITHER of the parents have to be citizens. I don't know what school YOU went to, but you're wrong there. The automatic citizenship is going to change, I guarantee it.

  • @SEEPRICE The U.S. has an insane immigration policy allowing illegal aliens to use 'anchor babies' to gain citizenship and that's the fault of our 'illustrious leaders' (read: traitorous politicians). Besides, a U.S. President must be a NATURAL BORN citizen, which is DIFFERENT than merely a U.S. citizen. To qualify as NATURAL BORN, BOTH of one's parents must be U.S. citizens....BOTH PARENTS. Obama is NOT a 'natural born citizen'.

  • @SEEPRICE There is good reason to suspect that Obama was not even born in the United States at all (Connecticut social security number from a dead man born in 1890, and Obama's FOREIGN STUDENT ID) , so he may very well not even be a U.S. citizen at all. Candidates for U.S. Presidents in the past have not been properly investigated for meeting the requirements for eligibility, but in the past, the candidates were KNOWN, so their eligibility never came into question. Obama is different.

  • @aivilik like i asked what hospital was richard nixon born in and what time was he born

  • @SEEPRICE Past candidates for the U.S. presidency were previously KNOWN and relatively high profile. We knew who they were, where they came from, who their family was, who their friends were, where they went to school; everything. Obama is the first presidential candidate who literally came out of nowhere. No one knows anything about him, because he keeps his past a complete secret, he has no friends, or family (in this country, who aren't here illegally). The list goes on.

  • @aivilik past presidents really what hospital was Richard Nixon born and what time was he born.

  • @SEEPRICE So it's not at all hypocrisy to insist that Obama proves his constitutional eligibility to lawfully hold the office of President; there has just never been such concern before, because we always knew in the past that presidential candidates were Americans, and that's just not the case with Obama. It will be a requirement in ALL future elections, though; I guarantee it. This foreign infiltration crap will NEVER be allowed to happen again. Obama is going DOWN 2/5/2012.

  • @aivilik there you go with your birther nonsense like obama said it doesent matter what evidence he gives you nutheads you will continue to spread lies about like claiming you dont know anything about him despite the fact that he's put it out there way to any times

  • @aivilik

how do you know that Bush was American? or clinton? Regan? Nixon? Bush Sr? did you see ANY of there Birth Certificates?

If the answer is NO, then you are a hypocrite since Obama is the only president to show his.

you guarantee what? you have no authority to make any Guarantees about any thing.

  • @SEEPRICE NO, he showed us his FAKE Birth Certificate, NOTHING MORE!!! I can print one saying I was born ANYWHERE and ANY DATE!!!

  • @PokerJoeK

so you are saying that 2 HI governors (Lingle and Abercrombie), 2 HI dir of Health (Fuddy and Fukino), the Registrar Alvin Onaka, etc etc. who have ALL said on the record that he does have a BC it is on file, they have seen, stamped, certified and mailed it. and these are state employees not federal so you can not say they were enticed or "persuaded"

  • I'm absolutely shocked that FOX had the guts to even report on the story

  • @1776iscoming Why is that shocking? This is still a democracy isn't it? It is news worthy isn't it? And we do still have freeom of the press right? So why is it shocking?

  • @JocelynLasVegas

It's shocking because the media and congress have been either ignoring the issue or have been complicit in the coverup for the last 3 years.

  • @JocelynLasVegas THe U.S. is NOT a 'democracy'; it's a democratic REPUBLIC. There IS a difference, and that difference is a large one.

  • @aivilik prove it

  • Damn. He is campaigning during his presidency!

  • For those of you who think that Obama is not a legitimate president, I would like to point out something to you if you choose to read this: His mother was born in Kansas. Kansas was made a state in the year 18-bumpity-boom, so as of the time of Obama being elected and sworn in, Kansas has been a state for well over 100 years. In the rules for eligibility to be President of the United States of America, if the mother and/or father of a child are American, the kid is automatically an American.

  • @Rattrap2009

Nobody is arguing that he's not an American, he is not a natural born citizen.

  • @Rattrap2009 LOL! Your joking...right? No, seriously...are you?

  • @Rattrap2009 The Constitution requires that the president be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN (born in the US to Citizen parents). The Founding Fathers and 4 Supreme Court Cases have defined NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Obama's Kenyan father was never a US Citizen. Obama is NOT eligible.

  • Funny how all the MSM reports highlight the specific "frivolous" quote. They never seem to get around to informing the viewer that it's within the constitutional rights of a citizen to challenge any potential candidate eligibility.

No, I think it's high time that Obama's bluff be called and all the cards get played once and for all. This issues been dogging him for years, a rational person would want to end it.

Note: Rational and Obama is an oxymoron.

  • @kanukster

the media calls it frivolous because about 20 suits in both state and federal cours have been dismissed already. thats why its frivolous

  • Obama is a puppet of the banksters

  • So he can't take time out from his hectic schedule to appear in court, but he can find time to play hundreds of rounds of golf.....

  • @mcap52,

    Obama avoids facing justice.

I demand with utmost urgency, Barack Hussein Obama II must resign from office without benefits and face trial for offenses against the US Constitution.

I demand the Speaker of the House of Representatives must demand that Barack Hussein Obama II immediately stand down. The Speaker must also seize the White House, secure the furnishings, including all emoluments, and then swear in the next in line of succession to the US President.

  • Funny how "Faux News" is the only tv news source where I've seen this story...

  • @GrandFunker isnt that funny?? but you assume that Fox News is Faux,, HAVE YOU EVERT THOUGHT THAT THE DICK YOU SUCK AR msnbc MIGHT BE FULL OF OBAMA CUM

  • @ikambor Dude...it's called sarcasm...and I would never suck cock at msnbc...Lord only knows what you'd catch around them....

  • Comment removed

  • @GrandFunker It was reported in the Washington Post. What I find strange is the other news channels fail to cover it. There have been several lawsuits concerning Obama's eligibility, and so far as I know, he has never before been subpoenaed. I think this story deserves a mention in the MSM. Why is every other candidate expected to release all kinds of records, when the "most transparent president" isn't vetted at all? Not that it really matters now that he's done his damage.

  • @beaglebabe48 Preach on brother. We sing from he same Hymnal.

  • @beaglebabe48 Amen! How about that Monsanto crap?!!!! Indeed, he has done plenty of damage! If he's impeached does that mean everything he signed is now null and void?

  • @beaglebabe48

" Why is every other candidate expected to release all kinds of records"

really? what other candidate in the history of the USA has release his Birth Certificate while running for office?

BTW. this was on the local news and msnbc yesterday. so please do not comment on the MSM when you obviously do not watch it

  • @SEEPRICE how quickly you forget. Does John McCain ring a bell? Please reference Senate Resolution 511.

  • @tamicay925

I am not sure exactly what Res 511 has to do with Obama. It is about the children born to American Parent(s) born overseas while in service of the country as being Natural born citizens.

please explain what it is you are trying to say
