I think this commercial is making fun of fads. Basically the two guys are into k-pop in the beginning and the old guy has a Korean shop devoted to k-pop. Then the fad disappears and they're into punk almost instantly. The shop owner, in order to survive, has to think fast and get a loan from the bank to set up a punk rock shop to get the new customers that are into the new trend. So it's a bank commercial for people who want to start a business or something. At least, that's what I can infer.
