It is (I think) because of the video software used by youtube, sometimes scene will run a bit slow or possibly choppy in places, more maybe even blocky looking in a few places as well

The problems to this movie is not because there is a "white boy" in the movie, but the story-dialogue is terrible and the fights are subpar comparing to what Jackie Chan and Jet Li used to do. Woo-ping Yuen's choreograph is getting worse every movie he makes. If you're comparing to current movies of 2000, Blade II, House of Flying Dagger, Undisputed 2, and what little action in Curse of the Golden Flower is much better than Forbidden Kingdom.
