I've played BoF II and gotten near the end, and I've always wondered how in the hell did Ryu survive getting shredded by Barubary

The text in the dream sequence made no sense to me either, but it's in OLD ENGLISH

I always thought that Ryu and Bow were like 8-11, and they're 18-21 in the "present" or whatever.

I just leveled like mad and ended up being like level 7-10.

As in all traditional RPG's, the main hero is immune to death early in the game. He gets ripped apart by a demon, only to just appear OK 10 years from then with little to no explanation.

But breaking a traditional RPG cliche, this game has bathrooms.

I always liked the epic, ancient-style stories of dragons, gods and mythic beings. :3 It was a great thing, and I'm disappointed that it hadn't gone past five games. D:

I wasn't expecting the BoF2 LP to be up so soon!

Hunting and Fishing in this game is probably one of the best ways to make money. If I remember correctly, killing a boar in a Hunt and selling the meat can get you about 200 zenny (money). That's a lot more than most monsters will give you in the beginning.

And that's my advice for the day. :D
