Wow what a terrible driver... Ok seriously at 0:08 in he was in perfect position just go to 1/4 throttle and gently guide the car to teh right of the van, left of the black truck thing... simple and safe.. At 0:09 IDK what the beep is but it scares him into a mistake of turning left AND hitting the brakes... He makes the mistake worse by turning/braking too quickly and causing the car to get loose. He then makes it worse by overcorrecting and hitting the brakes harder... TOTAL NOOB!! lol

Looks like the van driver was attempting to switch lanes, the car honked and which point the van moved back into its own lane. However, the car driver anticipating that the van was going to continue his lane switch moved into the van's lanes. When the car realized the van was no longer changing lanes at his speed he was already right behind the van causes him to make an abrupt lane change that caused him to loose control and spin out.

That van caused this. Switched lanes without any discretion of approaching motorists. I make these calls almost every day on the road. I drive a large box truck & I know it's threshold. I'm not gonna cut into a lane where a sportscar is approaching at nearly 100mph in protest of their excessive speed. If you can't exceed another motorist's speed or at the very least, match it, then don't go cutting in front like this. This was a DICK move that would've killed a biker.

One can't become so familiar with a road that they don't use turn signals or mirrors. There are too many variables like this toddler who thinks he's speed racer to contend with.
