  • Is this level 10 from somewhere else? Lol because i guess it's a little different america, because you should know all these things by level five. Level 10 is on the level of Ondine, Jeux d'Eau, the Transcendental Etudes... things like that... not these...

  • abnormally fast :(

  • @PuffeyCream How? I admit there were a few mistakes =D but if you can play faster than the required tempo, then you should.

  • @PuffeyCream lol i meant it in a good way. i can barely play the required tempo :)

  • @PuffeyCream Oh, =) thanks

  • I'm grade 7 and I can do this mith my eyes closed....

  • there is no such thing as grade 10

  • @dragonfly3895 there is in north america. what country are you in?

  • @pianomanlovescats scotland

  • Great work, but aren't the staccato supposed to be played in groups of threes?

  • i thot it was I-IV-I6/4-V-I...

  • @ssbn6000 I6/4 V is the same as cadencial 6 4. you'll learn it in Harmony.

  • @pianomanlovescats i did learn harmony lol but i guess we just call it different names

  • how do you play the cadence? im doing grade 10 and i totally forgot, helppp!! :(

  • Sorry for the late reply! The cadence is One-Four-Cadencial 6 4, One

  • Wow... NICE!

  • How many grades are there overall ??

  • 10 and ARCT which is if you want to become a teacher. But every country and organization varies, for ex. in england it's like 8 or 9 grades.

  • @37antattack 10

  • its not bad but im better XD im kidding jks that im jks XD

  • try to get your arm perfectly flat up to the first joints on your fingers, the rest of your fingers underneath and verticle. Straight lines are always the most efficient.

  • @accordiongenius1 : shouldn't wrist be lowered a little?

  • @ecpgieicg depends on what you're playing i guess and how you learned

  • @accordiongenius1

is this from your experience? or is this mainstream amongst all advanced pianists?

ive seen very different hand positioning, and i'm trying different things right now

  • @airbawl1 Well I mean many different hand positions "work" I mean look at the difference between horowitz and zimerman, but medically speaking if you want the best efficiency and easiest way to keep relaxed, keeping a straight wrist makes the muscles be completely relaxed in your arm, not contracting. Zimerman is my absolute guide for hand technique If you watch zimerman closely you'll see what I mean. He can do phenomenal stuff and barely move his fingers because of it

  • Hey! I tried to add you as a friend, but I didn´t make it... I´ll try it again.

    Very nice video!

I´ll watch the other ones you posted.
