I think it was a smart move for Jon to deny mario rom hacks. They make you get frustrated, and make can lead you to having a bad day after playing it. I will miss his reviews and playthroughs, but in all honesty, i'll just be happy for him to have a good day, and possibly try something new for than the same old routine of rom hacks and so on. as to the opening glitch, unless you skip the cutscene of mario opening the door, the fireball will go the wrong way. this level actually has 2 more glitches. the thwomp u have to kill with a shell can sometimes not be affected by the shell, and when you open the door after the checkpoint, you can sometimes glitch into the ground.
