Thank God for Youtube I thought I would never hear music like this again. The Oud being one of my favorite instruments. really shines in "Seven ate sweet"The last time I heard music like this live was at the now defunct "Egyptian Gardens Cafe"in N.Y.city in the 1960s and 70s.Peace to all
The solo instrument is the Turkish Saz You can hear it playing 'quarter-tones' or notes that lie half way between conventional western tones - this is a wonderful blend of east and west - thanks for sharing..... fantastic music!
