  • i just started using print music to create drumline warm ups and cadences. So far it's been pretty good and user friendly. The sounds are great and they give you a good idea of what your creation would sound like if an actual drumline would play it. I've only had it for about a day and I can't seem to figure out how to notate any kind of rolls. Maybe it's right in front of me. Can you help me?

  • @bbrockinton Click the Articulation Tool, use the changed cursor to select (single-click) the note you wish to modify, and a pop-up window appears with the available articulations. Scroll down to the appropriate articulation and select.

  • @jms3music Thank you!!!

  • I can't answer your question for I do not have the answer, but I have a quest for you sir, does this program have good drumline options or any at all? drumline as in snare,quads/tenors, 5 basses. does it have these and if so is this a good program for drumline stuff?

  • @tsadrummer PrintMusic could be used for that, but as percussion is not at all my forte, I cannot truly comment on how effective it could be.
