Salvation army here will sometimes sell you books $5 a box ever since the kindle came out people are dumping their books by the ton and Sally wants to get ride of them they almost pay you to take them at $5 a box.

Hi Gregg, Great finds at the thrift store! I get most of my books at the Saint Vincent De Paul's and Salvation Army stores! I'm a big Stephen King Fan ( Met him a a CREEPSHOW premeir in the 80's, really cool guy!  I haven't read The Cell yet, I'll have to hunt that one down! That horror anthology looks good too! @phekwig That tire would have blown out no matter what the weather was. It was a used tire to begin with and was on the trailer probably two years. I’m surprised it lasted as long as it did. It was just it’s time to die, but of course, it had to do it during tropical storm Bonnie! Lol, that’s my kind of luck! : )

It's fun to browse thrift stores like that. I usually don't find much when I go, but every once in a while I come across a good buy. Flea markets can be fun too. We have a Bubba Gump over on Treasure Island, about an hour from me. Good place!

If you loved the book Cell (I loved it too) you have to read his books Duma Key and Under the Dome! Both are fantastic!

I love Thrift Stores. The books at the ones here are a couple dollars more than yours. (Tennessee). Years ago I got a really cool organ from one and I played that sucker all the time. Then some people were working on my house and spilled paint all over it and stood on it and broke it. I WAS SO MAD! Cool video, man.
