It costs the same amount of money but it's not nearly as serious in terms of troop casualties ( look at vietnam or korea vs afghanistan, or iraq during gulf war 1 and 2... ) and for christ sake the libyan conflict is not even really a war at all.. A no fly zone HARDLY constitutes war, there are no american troops fighting on the ground. They are pulling out of afghanistan and plan to be out of iraq 2015.

The gulf war was a war, albeit a very short and uneventful one. So was the initial iraq invasion in 2003, when the iraqi army was still fighting for saddam... These are un conventional conflicts which pale in comparison to actual wars like WW2 , or the Korean war... Iran vs Iraq was a war. The soviet invasion of afghanistan was a war, the balkan wars were wars

You can't tell WHO was firing shots in the beginning. It looks to me like the guy was trying to get away just like everyone else.. if he was shooting at the beginning of the video why was there no gun found at the scene? Then after the car stopped the police still opened fire on him which resulted in his demise... but could he have already been fatally wounded which is why he initially stopped?? I think everyone acted reckless here, including the police for firing shots into the crowd like that!

It is odd that the police are being extremely quiet, secretive and have yet to release a statement regarding the facts of this alleged car gunman. The fact is you can't see gunfire coming from a single vehicle from this video. What is clear is that there is a car stopped and the police begin to suddenly fire indiscriminately into it.

Police have no legal nor lawful right to be judge, jury and executioner.
Four bystanders were shot during the chase, endangering the public, by stray bullets fired by RECKLESS police officers and are in hospital
The unloading of that many bullets into the car by the many police offices on the scene shows extreme excessive force.
Certain police officers are clearly out of control.

that is why cops shot him. he stopped (after shot) and then they "served" him to "protect" themselves and the public from a clear danger to society. This is not a judge, jury and executioner situation. this is more like suicide by cop. a dozen cops, each fires 6 shots into the car, each hoping one of those shots stops him, which adds up to nearly 100 shots and sounds about right. They either all fire, or no one fires.
