  • no no no ur doing it the wrong way have u ever tries going through a scientific skin care regimens book. u know those thingy majigers that talk about this not some fake knock-off info on how to make rose scented water NOT rose water.. ayy yayay!

  • @pittypablo No, I have not read up on it.

  • I dont get it isnt that just regular water???

  • @Bronxbrownie You know, I have answered that question a million time.

  • @Bronxbrownie when the water evaporates, it is clear because the colour of the rose stays down. it is much like a salt pan where the water evaporates and the salt remains.

  • How long does it usually take? and this is a great video!Thank you for posting it!

  • @bcha85 Maybe 20 mins.

  • how 2 use rose water 4 perfume ? shall i put dis water wid alcohol n make perfume ? plz answer

  • @sharifdubai1 You can try.☺

  • Is it ok for cooking? reply soon

  • @navinpigeon They say you can, but I would not.

  • Brilliant, if you use less water on very low...you will have oil.

  • @foodfetishlv WOW, I will try that.☺ Thanks

  • does it not make a difference if u use a bowl or a brick..? and ive heard of somepeople using almond oil in there rose water..?

  • @STYLN1167 It really doesn't make a difference. It what ever work for you. You can add to the rose water, but you don't have too.☺

  • I do not get it, whenever I make it, I just get water that has no rose in it whatsoever. Is it because I used a distilling machine?

  • @fluffybananacake Any time you are steaming the rose and the water falls into the bowl, that's rose water. Watch others video to see the same thing.

  • I used the dried from my indian store , with just adding hot or cold water to them but the water is brown, I also added a little bit of voda as a perservative ,but it;s a yucky brown.

  • @dennis1961able Oh no, I would not use it. It's suppose to be a very light pink or a white color. Try to find real red or pink roses.☺ Good Luck.☺

  • You can use it how ever you like. As a rinse, in shampoo. I also use in my oil mixture. How ever you like.☺

  • how do you use it for your hair? a a rinse after shampooing or do you mix with shampoo?

  • can i just do an infusion like brewing loose tea leaves, by placing the rose petals in a glass jar and pouring hot water over it and letting it sit a while then strain out the rose petals?

  • @msfittful You know what. WOW! That sound like a great idea. Let's try this. Let just make sure we don't get a lot of dye in it.☺

  • thats cool! i didn't know you could use rose water in your hair!

  • @zellerz1216 Thanks, Yes you can. I love it.☺

  • Oh and water that's collected steam is called distilled...that's all

  • @TaraCoons0810 It's your Opinion.☺

  • I know rose water won't harm you, I meant Randomgurlness when she asked about dahlia's.

  • @TaraCoons0810 Okay.☺

  • Hello there, can you use dried rose pedals to make this method?Or do they need to be fresh? I see you have your in a zip lock bag...can they be purchased that way? Thanks for sharing and God bless.

  • @DimplesDeep1 I really don't know about dried Pedals. I pick them off my mom's tree and put them in a zip lock bags.☺

  • DON'T USE ANYTHING without researching it!! Plants are potentially lethal like lily of the valley. They smell amazing,I've got them all over but they'll kill u!!

  • @TaraCoons0810 Well, I am not drinking it. I use it for everything else and I am not dead yet. Healthy and alive.

  • You use the steam bc then its considered distilled water

  • @TaraCoons0810 Look how everybody else makes it. The same way I am making it. It's rose water.

  • Seems like a lot to do lol But I will definitely try it out!

Oh and the rosewater from the lid is the only I can use?

Or why cant I use the water where you placed the roses? Because its only plain water?

    Thank you so much!!!

  • @beneathyourlove Well, I look at it this way, the rosewater dye is a red or pink, I was thinking it my stain or because it is a dye. Use the was for the lid not from the outside but from the inside. The rosewater steam drips in the bowl. I hope I explained it right. but try it. I like it. It may look like plain water, but it is rosewater.(lol).☺

  • very good informatic thanks

  • @kpkolad Thank you.☺

  • i dont have roses, can i use dahlia flowers instead?

  • @randomnessgurl46 I don't know, but you can sure try.☺

  • very nice, but I want to know what kind of roses to use, I have about 4 different variety of roses at my garden :-) wich by the way, my husband likes to cultivate ;-)

  • @DeyaIV I personal like red and pink roses. You can use either one.☺ Thanks for watching.

  • @happydimples39 thanks for answering, we have pink roses and they are the most sweet smelling of all :-)

  • i tried making this water and it came out with a pink color is that ok?

  • @jasmine3758 Yes, It's okay. Just a light pink is okay.☺

  • @jasmine3758 its kind of dark pink

  • @jasmine3758 Don't use the water in the pot, only from the lid, the bowl catches the water from the lid.

  • @happydimples39 the bowl that i used inside the pot flip a little and water from inside the pot went in the bowl, is that bad?

  • OMG!!! thank u sooo much for this video really helped me alot!!!

  • @monica2ization You are so welcome.☺

  • @odeydog9 i'm not sure if you already know the answer but you can drink rose water. if you ever had rose tea, same thing. i would make sure to use petals that haven't been sprayed with chemicals and use a tea pot to reboil it.

  • @MingGuMoon No, I didn't know. The roses that I have was not spayed and I wasn't sure if you can drink it. Thank you.☺

  • nice from kainat

  • @wasifmajeed Thank you.

  • @odeydog9 You're welcome.☺

  • @odeydog9 I don't know, but in my opinion. I would not drink it..☺

  • Thank you mama

  • @thenajla1 You're welcome..☺

  • I love rosewater! Was a staple in my moisturizing spritz in the winter.

  • Cool!

  • @crystalclear34 THANK YOU..☺

  • nice idea will try this thank

  • @divabrownsugar2010 YOU ARE SO WELCOME.☺

  • Once you have the rose water how do you use it? Do you just spray it on your hair or do you mix it with something?

  • @livinmybestlife YOU CAN, BUT I WILL MIX MY ESSENTIALS OILS IN IT.☺

  • I'm confused.....How did the water get in the bowl? What do you do with the water that the pedals are in?

  • @livinmybestlife OH, THROUGH IT OUT. YOU DON'T WANT THE DYE FROM THE ROSES..☺

  • I'm confused.....How did the water get in the bowl?

  • @livinmybestlife FROM THE STEAM. YOU HAVE TO USE A SORT OF A BOWL LID IN ORDER FOR IT TO DRIP IN THE BOWL. DON'T NOT USE A FLAT LID OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR ROSE WATER. THE ICE HELPS FORM THE MOISTURE FASTER. WATCH OTHER VIDEOS ON ROSE WATER AND YOU WILL SEE HOW THEY DOES IT ALSO. I HOPE THIS WAS ANY HELP. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING.

  • That's very, very intersting! thank you! I kept wondering why you needed the bowls in the middle, now I get it! great video!

  • @kkimberly2004 THANK YOU..☺

  • So I think I am a little confused...You only use the steam water from the bowl or do you strain the petals from the pot water and use that too?

  • @athomas1124 Oh, you only, use the steam that drips in the bowl. Do not use the water in the pot with the pedals in it, only what in the bowl.
