You guys are some damn angry people. If you don't like rock 'n' roll, that's fine; but don't slam music because you don't have an ear for it. Cut him some slack for trying to bring two music genres together. He's done it respectfully and sincerely and if you don't like it, that's okay. But he's not the hack you describe. Ha, naw... Townes wouldn't mind. However... I don't know if I like this version much. Sorry, Robert Plant. The instrumentation is really cool, but... the vocals not so much. And as awesome as the band sounds, I prefer it fingerpicked on an acoustic guitar. Maybe it's just me.

I'm an very happy to see an icon like Robert Plant take notice of such a great and yet un noticed talent like Townes. I't 's Kinda funny, how musical talent isn't always measured by commercial success, but somtimes measured by your peers in the music industry. Plant barly know who Townes is but is willing to cover him , simply because he knows talent when he sees it. Which brings me to...WTF is Britney still on stage again?

WOW, What a night, I was there with about 15 other friends. Robert really puts himself into this song. It just goes to show you Plant can make any type of song sexy and hot!!!
