This film has at least two actors from Necessary Roughness (E. Honda, and Zangief). The guy who plays Zangief (Andrew Bryniarski) was also Lattimer on the Program (awesome role) and Leatherface. This movie was weird until the h2h fighting started. I thought it was a pretty good action comedy. Probably more unintentionally funny than intentional. One thing that they needed for Guile was the trademark hairstyle.

at least this movie didnt try to take itself seriously like the animated movie or the new chun li movie. you can watch it again and again and it becomes a good comedy about dictatorship. every scene with bison is hilarious. now that we have uwe boll and all those superhero movies which take themselves seriously this movie stands out as very clever.

well first of, i don't actually remember ever seeing a good real life adaptation of a video game, movie or otherwise, but that depends solely on your taste. i kinda like the fact that they actually found characters that actually had a resemblance and that dont look silly. lastly, if you like extra cheese on your movies, i recommend the movie versus, its a japanese movie thats dubbed in english about zombies and samurai and ninjas and some other stuff. you'll be surprised at all the xtra cheese.
