Why would u have a shit load of fruit preworkout? Your basically giving urself a sugar rush spiking ur insulin pre workout will leave u tired during ur workout. You need complex carbs pre workout.
Well, I want to share my recipe. I do not now if this is a good one. Maybe you can comment for me :)
Put all of them togather and blend :) 2 bannas + 7-8 raw quail eggs + a hand full of blueberries + honey
I frequently drink this after my workouts. And before my workouts I will deffinately try your recipe Daniel. It looks so delicious and full of vitamin...
lots of sugar in that kind of drinks... I would prefer to eat maybe half of those fruits with my meals. But suppose its delicious and maybe may work as occasional treat :)
What I find to be better than adding water is adding some kind of whole fruit juice. Let's say that one of the fruits you want in your shake isn't available then you could put the juice in as a partial substitute. Also wouldn't it be better to just peel the orange instead of cutting it like that?
Ok cool. I made my first batch this morning before my workout but I added a hefty handful of spinach to it. It was pretty green but I tasted mostly apples.
- for mine, I've been adding some kale and beets - the tiny chunk of beet I add makes it a more palatable dark reddish color vs the swamp green the kale makes. - kale is very good for you but bitter, so most never eat it but "hiding" it in the fruit juice helps! - I also add a couple generous spoonfuls of flaxseed or chia seeds - chia is preferable because higher fiber and protein content. Plus not to mention it adds some amino acids (if I remember correctly) from a natural source and some frol
Thanks for this post! I also like making green smoothies, where you throw in greens like spinach with the fruit and you get some veggies while only tasting the fruit : )
I juice as well some times I'll mix mango, pineapple and strawberries then add some kale or baby spinach. Since my money is tight I use frozen fruit since they last longer and are cheaper. I just make sure that they say no sugar added

Hi Daniel, good to see you're sharing your super healthy nutrition secrets as well. Looking forward to the post workout nutrition recommendations. Regards from Con and Niki.
@Albert16babe First of all I'd like to say hello to the first hater on this video. What is bullshit about this, I'd like to know, also why it is for 'faggots' Thanks for watching and have a nice day.
@FitnessFAQs hey man little off topic but I was just watching your handstand video and was wondering how long it took you to achieve the handstand. thanks.
Good video bud. For my brekkie I have 200ml of orange juice, 50g frozen fruit, half a banana, 4 tbsp of natural yoghurt and 75g of oats. Whack that bad boy in the blender and you've got a damn good smoothie :)
@FitnessFAQs I juice vegetables. I enjoy eating fruit. I've never been able to adjust to enjoying a plate of crunchy veggie's and this just makes it easier to get down me. Tastes horrible, but its still gotta be done.
2 chicken egg whites (wash eggs before breaking them!), 180g (1 pack) of curd, 1 banana, 1-2 spoons of honey, 1 cup (more or less. You want to make it more fluid) of milk or yoghurt. Mix it up.
@FitnessFAQs No man you just put it under water like about 0.0003 seconds I mean maybe in your country apples are clean =D In my country you need to wash your apple hard about 1 minute ... only if you don't want to get some diseases! =D
Mine juice is simple, its just carrots and pumkin, tastes allmost like clean carrot juice, but have the great stuff from pumpkins. As you may know scientists i dont know if they have done some research, or just believe in the fact, But the fact is pumpkins help you to avoid getting cancer. correct me if im mistaken. If that's alright I'll prob just send you a link to s video on facebook. Thanks man.
I have 4 eggs, yolk and all, 2 cups of milk, strawberry ice cream topping (4tbsp) and a banana (or two) and drink that all, just every now and then, not neccesarily pre workout or after workout, but just 2 ram some extra calories down my throat when im 2 stuffed to eat. what do you think? ALSO i was always wondering if i could throw the egg shells in with the smoothie, i heard bruce lee would do this, salmonella?
@artakisthebest Eating raw eggs is a really debatable topic, I have not really done too much research into the topic to be honest, so I am not sure. Why is adding the eggshells beneficial, do you know?
Try out my recipe 20 minutes before a workout, it's great!
Great video. I use a Breville Juicer and I put spinach, carrots, beets, apples, and half and orange. It tastes great and the apples and orange mask the taste of the veggies.
