  • Why would u have a shit load of fruit preworkout? Your basically giving urself a sugar rush spiking ur insulin pre workout will leave u tired during ur workout. You need complex carbs pre workout.

  • completely agree with you that supplements are crap. just wondering what is so special about this fruit drink so i can share with my friends?

  • Well, I want to share my recipe. I do not now if this is a good one. Maybe you can comment for me :)

Put all of them togather and blend :) 2 bannas + 7-8 raw quail eggs + a hand full of blueberries + honey

I frequently drink this after my workouts. And before my workouts I will deffinately try your recipe Daniel. It looks so delicious and full of vitamin...

  • After you cutted the orange, it was just a half orange o.O

  • lots of sugar in that kind of drinks... I would prefer to eat maybe half of those fruits with my meals. But suppose its delicious and maybe may work as occasional treat :)

  • nice

  • What I find to be better than adding water is adding some kind of whole fruit juice. Let's say that one of the fruits you want in your shake isn't available then you could put the juice in as a partial substitute. Also wouldn't it be better to just peel the orange instead of cutting it like that?

  • @FitnessFAQs In one of your videos you said that we have to eat every 3 hours, why is that? Is it wrong to eat 3 times a day?

  • shove 100g of soaked buckwheat in there and 20g goji berries :P

  • Ok cool. I made my first batch this morning before my workout but I added a hefty handful of spinach to it. It was pretty green but I tasted mostly apples.

  • Wow!!!! Its very interesting. Love it.

  • Can this also be used as weight gainer? My waste size and wrist size and overall body frame has kinda shrunk from zero excessive and very poor diet.

  • @OrsonWells11 Sure: Medium apples 95 calories

    Medium Oranges 65 calories

    Medium Banana 90 calories

Handful of mixed berries 15-20 calories

  • @Cchallenge It got featured on front page of YT man, it was crazy!!

    I am still in shock.

  • Good

  • - for mine, I've been adding some kale and beets - the tiny chunk of beet I add makes it a more palatable dark reddish color vs the swamp green the kale makes. - kale is very good for you but bitter, so most never eat it but "hiding" it in the fruit juice helps! - I also add a couple generous spoonfuls of flaxseed or chia seeds - chia is preferable because higher fiber and protein content. Plus not to mention it adds some amino acids (if I remember correctly) from a natural source and some frol

  • @mighty589 Damn my aussie accent.

  • @FitnessFAQs. You are awesome!!

  • Will my regular blender work?

  • @Kingricky76 Should be fine, you may just have to cut the fruit into smaller pieces.

  • Mi gusta!

  • @SharabySunny69 Thanks!

  • Modified fruits yummy.

  • i agree with what he says about the supplements

  • @7CollegeKid Glad you do, beginners get too focused on supplements before they have their nutrition down. I blame cruel advertising.

  • Thanks for this post! I also like making green smoothies, where you throw in greens like spinach with the fruit and you get some veggies while only tasting the fruit : )

  • @AllforGod16 Yeah I do that from time to time to, it's a good trick =D

  • I juice as well some times I'll mix mango, pineapple and strawberries then add some kale or baby spinach. Since my money is tight I use frozen fruit since they last longer and are cheaper. I just make sure that they say no sugar added

  • @jaylon4194 Can't get enough !! haha

  • If you think that is how you wash your apples.. think again! Those pesticides need SCRUBBED off!

  • @gtrev07 To be honest, who would want to watch me washing apples for 45 seconds? Really..

  • @gtrev07 or you can just cut the skin off.

  • I enjoyed watching this video. I personally I make my pre-workout/post workout shake with one banana, low-fat or skim milk, one packet of regular oatmeal and a teaspoon of low fat peanut butter. I usually take it after I workout but you can also take it as a

pre-workout drink. Thanks for the video.

  • My favorite meal replacement shake is

    - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

    - 1/2 cup oats

    - 1 frozen banana

    - 1 cup frozen blueberries

    - 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • @callofdutyplayer123 No problem, cheers for commenting.

  • I'm glad you've started this. Juicing is way to go.

  • @MartialDriscoll For sure bro, you got a recipe?

  • @FitnessFAQs I juice vegetables. I enjoy eating fruit. I've never been able to adjust to enjoying a plate of crunchy veggie's and this just makes it easier to get down me. Tastes horrible, but its still gotta be done.

  • Thanks Daniel.

I take this is not good for fat loss ahah

  • @diogotosta Why not? It contains lots of fibre which will keep you fuller for longer, so you won't have the urge to eat as much.

  • Hey dude, nice vid! Mind me asking is it better to use free weights or use body weight?

  • @Zimmyfied Depends what your goals are, you will get amazing results with a combination of both.

  • How many calories(roughly) is this shake?

  • @diogotosta ~500

    Medium apples 95 calories

    Medium Oranges 65 calories

    Medium Banana 90 calories

Handful of mixed berries 15-20 calories

  • Nice vid Daniel!

    Here's what I do:

‎2 chicken egg whites (wash eggs before breaking them!), 180g (1 pack) of curd, 1 banana, 1-2 spoons of honey, 1 cup (more or less. You want to make it more fluid) of milk or yoghurt. Mix it up.

  • @deivios That would make a great post-workout shake, is that when you take it?

  • @FitnessFAQs Yes I do :)

  • Really is that how you wash your apples ? =D

  • @FreakWithGun Need a separate tutorial mate? hehe

  • @FitnessFAQs No man you just put it under water like about 0.0003 seconds I mean maybe in your country apples are clean =D In my country you need to wash your apple hard about 1 minute ... only if you don't want to get some diseases! =D

  • @FreakWithGun Really? what country is that?

  • @FitnessFAQs Bulgaria bro

  • why not peel the oranges ?!

  • Great nutrition vid !!

  • @calisthenicskingz Cheers Hit, just trying to promote healthy living without having to buy "Preworkout Supplements"

  • great video

  • @IHACKER316 thank you for watching

  • Mine juice is simple, its just carrots and pumkin, tastes allmost like clean carrot juice, but have the great stuff from pumpkins. As you may know scientists i dont know if they have done some research, or just believe in the fact, But the fact is pumpkins help you to avoid getting cancer. correct me if im mistaken. Great tutorial, i will try this as soon as i get home.

  • @Roxoorz Awesome, I will look that up. cheers for commenting.

  • Good video man. I should try making my own juices. I was actually wondering cause I've started doing exercises to work towards planche push ups if I could get you to look at my form and see if I'm doing them correctly? If that's alright I'll prob just send you a link to s video on facebook. Thanks man.

  • @Nuztank Sure, I'll take a look.

  • Hey dan

I have 4 eggs, yolk and all, 2 cups of milk, strawberry ice cream topping (4tbsp) and a banana (or two) and drink that all, just every now and then, not neccesarily pre workout or after workout, but just 2 ram some extra calories down my throat when im 2 stuffed to eat. what do you think? ALSO i was always wondering if i could throw the egg shells in with the smoothie, i heard bruce lee would do this, salmonella?

  • @artakisthebest Eating raw eggs is a really debatable topic, I have not really done too much research into the topic to be honest, so I am not sure. Why is adding the eggshells beneficial, do you know?

Try out my recipe 20 minutes before a workout, it's great!

  • Great video. I use a Breville Juicer and I put spinach, carrots, beets, apples, and half and orange. It tastes great and the apples and orange mask the taste of the veggies.

  • @andrewstefani Sounds good I will have to give that a try, thanks for that!

  • You cut like a caveman bro :D

  • @najill1 Whatever gets the job done! :)

  • Keep them coming,Dan, Video/Audio quality has improved dramatically :)

  • @kiphon3 Cheers buddy, used the new MIC in this video, but old video camera as I have been having issues with rendering the high quality video from my DSLR. Don't worry, future videos will be in amazing quality video, as I am getting a new PC soon.

  • do you use the oranges with the skin?

  • @najinajina I remove the skin.

  • @FitnessFAQs Thanks for the reply! I will try this out soon!

  • first

  • @najinajina FIRST!!
