This is a SICK Maxim! I have to ask you what size the tires are? It looks bigger than stock and since I'm building mine soon I would like those specs. The Maxxis are discontinued so am leaning toward Dunlops and I like the look of your size tires. Rock on!

@pirate955i The frame is a double tube. I just sat the taks channel over it and welded some brackets.

@reaperofdeath7 Just cut off stock exhaust and left theader pipes. Then wrapped em.

@omarjsilva Spent about 800 on the bike, then 3-400 on tires, seat, bars, etc. Used all same cables except brake line.

Damn fine bike man, you can do alot with those old UJM bikes. Even that 650 will smoke harley v-twins almost any day of the week lol

hay cool bike i just bought one in pretty good condition and was wandering if you have to change the jetting on the carbs if you remove the airbox and use the slip on kind of filters thanks
