in a lot of ways afi is better now than they were before. if anything, they're a lot more passionate with their music, black sails to today. back then it was mere aggression rather than heart. i love all of afi, and i love their early hardcore as much as anyone, but i hate when people say they were better back then. they are better in both eras for their own reasons.
