@thefunnyfunnyboy You either use a good screen capture program, with a high quality codec, or you use DeSmuME's 'Record AVI' function, which records the video without any lag, even if you are playing with lag.

@thefunnyfunnyboy Well first download DeSmuME, a DS emulator, if you don't know what an emulator is then its probably better you take a look for yourself.

Once you have DeSmuME, just got file and record AVI when you want to.
