Free Medical Advice; This kid must have huge tonsils and adenoids! I would definately see an ENT doctor. His air flow is not good and when he starts school you will really notice in his ability to concentrate. They don't get a good night sleep and it can be hard on the heart to not get good oxygen. It is very simalar to sleep apnea that adults can have. I'd get that checked out ASAP!
