  • Your allowed to do that if your delivering children in the white neighborhood. If he was delivering black kids he would have to wait in line.

  • what a jackass

  • oh! i see the yellow line there!! yupp!

  • Actually buses are allowed to pass in traffic jams if the route time is being significantly altered if it is safe and secure as this video seems to show. This is because some parents pick there kids up and stops and they need to have a very precise schedule.

  • @KATOMATE01 actually double yellow line means no passing, ask a police officer cus what happens if the bus goes into the other lane and some idiot flys around he corner and hits the bus head on? thats why no one, expect for police fire and ambulances with their lights and sirens on is allowed to cross over a double yellow line

  • omg yall stupid ass people need to get a life so what shit it sont fucking matter damn if u ahd a load of bad as kids behind u you would be trying to get their ass home to hell

  • annnnnnnnnnnnnnd you're fired

  • Must have been a substitute driver, they always screw shit up...

One time I had a substitute driver in middle school that was talking on the cell while driving the bus! OMG! xD

  • who really cares?? its a bus it probably is aloud to do that

  • @WoWgnome123 no-one is ALLOWED to do that, an aptitude like yours is what makes people like this believe they can do whatever they want. It is illegal, period..

  • @oldiam How much do you love traffic jams? Now imagine that with maybe 70 little kids in the back. I can't say I would have done any different.

  • @WoWgnome123 I'm a bus driver, and I can safely say that we are NOT aloud to do that...ever.

  • @Slimer2x3 Your a bus driver, you can do anything!

  • @WoWgnome123 I'm a bus driver, and I can safely say that we are NOT aloud to do that...ever.

  • i wish my bus drivers did that when i took the bus.

  • thats my school too

  • why do you care your not the one on the bus

  • Aptitudes like yours are the ones that promote robbery and other diseases of society. If no -one would allow people to do wrong things, our society would not be as corrupt as it is.

  • well what the bus driver did was wrong it could of crashed sorry

  • @oldiam Attitudes mate not aptitudes

  • @NiGHTDRiFT69 thanks.. for the correction, still does not fix the problem with people .. in some cases people do not have the inherent ability (aptitude) to do the RIGHT thing ..

  • @oldiam dude its a bus, its safe, theres tons of kids on that bus who want to go home, your tax dollars pay for the diesel and bus drivers salary. Grow a pair.

  • @SlayanicDoom You are real moron, what does my pair have to do with this stupid driver breaking the law?

  • @oldiam If you went to the district the driver probably was disciplined. It is illegal to cross a double yellow line but it's not like its some idiot on a motorcycle is doing this. Its a class 1 (or american equivalent) bus driver doing their job, maybe not so correctly. Can you honestly tell me you've done your job 100% right, all the time?

  • @SlayanicDoom Say my job is, for example, to flip burgers at Burger King. If I don't do my job correctly, the worst that will happen is I get a complaint. This person is put in charge of literally a busload of children, and if anything were to go wrong, (a driver could come careening into the bus because seriously, who the fuck expects a school bus in the wrong side of the street) the bus driver is responsible for every child injured or killed by the crash.

  • @oldiam What is saying is you're like some sort of nutless child for putting this up. It's a school bus for crying out loud, and by the way it's an ordinance not a law. What a waste of 10 seconds. If I ever see you I'm going to spit on you for this travesty. Pffftttt!

  • @SlayanicDoom your stupid nobody has permission to go over a double yellow but emergency vehicles

  • @SlayanicDoom it doesnt matter the bus still shouldnt be braking the laws....u should grow a brain!.....

  • @SlayanicDoom You're an idiot. NO vehicle is allowed over the double yellow line except for emergency vehicles. And how does it being a school bus make it safe to do this?

  • Bus drivers are the most ignorant people in the world they always try to cut in front of the line and they think there so special because they have passengers

in my opinion people who take the bus can wait I paid good money for my truck and they pay for a bus pass I believe that I should have more rights on the road than those piece of shit bus drivers I drive my kids to school for a reason

  • i wish i could do that when the situation is reversed and a bus has a mile of traffic behind it. sure let me just use the oncoming lane to pass you all up

  • its just a bus with no people on it except a dirver

  • And your point is?

  • I drive a school bus in the state of Va. That driver would have been fired right on the spot. Give me your keys you are releaved of your duty. O and that on school ground stuff is not true. A school bus must stop on or off school grounds when another school bus has it's reds lights on. We need to think of the safety of the children first. If you are late you are late to bad. What kinda of example are we showing the kinds that some can do whatever they want to and get awat with it.

  • Comment removed

  • I'd fire that dip-shit on the spot.

  • You got that one damn right.. That is what Miami is becoming, the worst example of all the south american cultures.

Is like with all this mixing, only the worst comes afloat .. Not that every single Latin person is like this, but it is clear that the well behaved MOVE out of Miami as soon as possible.

  • This is the kind of thing I'd expect to see in developing countries

  • you cant drive on the other side of these lines; what if a car is coming the other way??? some of you should be on the short bus where you cant see what the driver is doing.

  • I am a school bus driver, and on school grounds, the yellow bus has the right of way, and can do what it wants to do. There is only one school bus law on school grounds...15MPH speed limit. The only way the law is being broken is if tha bus is speeding.

  • HometownK, one exception (which I assume is what happened in YOUR AMERICA) does not excuse the rest of the world. in THIS AMERICA where this video was taken, driving on the wrong side of the road is not legal.. PERIOD.

  • your right on Oldiam, check out vids by tcbook, same thing, same yellow lines. People, especially short bus people, think buses can get away with a lot more that they can; they cant, busted...

  • where i live in AMERICA school buses have to drive on the LEFT side of the road leading up to the school because of the Red Zone was put on the North side of the school instead of the South.

  • I'm Australian, so really I have no idea but I did live in FL for 6 years, and my mom is american and was born in Manhattan and grew up in FL and we BOTH agreed that it is against the law oldiam said, the bus is going in the wrong direction on a tellow line and noteven school buses are allowed to do that!

  • it wasn't breaking the law. buses can do near schools because their priority is to get the kids there as soon as possible and start on there next run. The yellow lights are flashing which is a warning to drivers.

  • This is on the PICK UP.. Busses SHOULD be already there. If not, well they are late. There is NOT LAW that permits them going in the wrong directions not EVEN in Miami, which seems to be an extension of south america.

  • i used to be a bus driver in Hillsborough County Florida which is big. You may have one route on one side of the county and the next 45 minutes away on the other side. sometimes you have to pick up another run and may be late to school. All bus drivers have a high school, middle and elementary route. each dismissal is a hour apart. if a bus breaks down you may have to pick up additional route and depending how long it is it may take longer than that.

  • Understand the exception, but believe me, I would not be ready with the phone if this was not the case for EVERY SINGLE bus, every single day.

I no longer go to this elementary, but I have asked if this continued to happen and was told that some Police officer had take care of the situation by ticketing a few drivers (personally not the bus).

So, for that one that was saying about "not braking the law", you may want to revisit that one.

A double line is the equivalent "in law" to a WALL .

  • there is no reason to go on the other side, if they are late, they are late thats it and the yellow light mean he is about to stop to take students

  • Sorry that is incorrect. Our main goal is to provide a safe bus trip for the student to and from school. This driver was clearly not thinking about the students. I would love to see in this law and rule in the CDL manual and the school district manual for safe transportation of students. If a police officer had saw that. That driver would gave gotten a wreckless driving ticket and her in Va. He also would have to answer to child indangment charges.

  • shame shame.

  • OMG, I used to go to this school. *gasp*

  • Lol, is that an insurance commercial at the end? XD

  • FLboi98, seems like you do not really see what is going on here. The bus is going in the wrong direction on a DOUBLE YELLOW LINE. As far as I know, not even school buses are supposed to cross YELLOW DOUBLE LINES. Even if I could let the bus go in, the driver did not want to get inline, wanted to skip it, this was like this every single day, driving late to pick up the kids, runnin red lights and then doing this monstrousity.

  • Now thats dangerous. Next time let the bus merge in front of you. FL has the let the bus back in LAW
