I have never found a problem with investment cracking even though I don't apply a wax layer over the bar. I use 4mm Metrodent plastic sprues and Shera fina 2000 investment. These work a treat.
Do you apply a layer of waxer to the plastic spreader bar?
Many plastic sprues tend to have a higher CTE than the wax, which tends to crack the investment during burnout. Obviously you arent having problems, perhaps this plastic is a specific type?
For me your method to made this brigde isn´t correct. The dental structures/morfology are too bad. just have a little bit details when it is needed more details to reproduce real dental structure

I noticed you don't put any metal support for porcelain at the marginal ridges...or maybe it just appears that way on your video

I have just bought the Etkon system as well as already having Lava, so the future looks like having much less waxing for me!
