I think it has to do with the previous part of the scene. The music previously was very similar, maybe even the exact same I wasn't really paying attention, so they may have kept it the same to prevent that awkward sudden break in mood that happens sometimes.

Also directly after this little part another serious thing happens, so them making this little sexual innuendo while there is something still troubling them puts forward the idea of them losing part of their humanity with this job, which is one of the many "sub-context" motifs surrounding the series.
