No you don't use obliterate anymore, it's just not as good as Necrotic + Howling Blas spam. Go into an arena and check the diffrence your self.

@pdubb369 Why you don't use Oblit as DW is because if you stack Mastery like he did Frost Strike will do more damage. Frost Strike will hit with both weapons and is amazing. The Mastery will also help Howling Blast. So now you just do Necrotics and Howling Blast until you cap RP then spam FS.

Mate you should really try glyph of obliterate :) especially when dual wielding ;)

and delete the icy touch glyph.... and for the runeforging.. switch razorice to the mainhand since it procs off special abilitys, and put fallen crusader on off hand since it procs on autohits :)) .. ur welcome :D

If you use necro strike (8k healing absorb) and howling blast you'd get the same if not more pressure as using obliterate. @SDSxPYRo No, 2h is not better, at the moment they are relatively equal. It doesnt crit as hard because you are attacking so much faster, and killing machine procs off both Main and Off hand, so therefore more. 2h does not do alot more damage, check the forums

i like to throw an obliterate in when my frost and unholy runes are up (as an opener) because even though it costs a good bunch of runes, when you're specced/glyphed in it, and you're ruthless trinket is up it crits for upwards of 20k and 13k with killing machine, and my gear is balls
