  • If pain remains in your lower back and hips, you still most likely have a muscle balance/postural distortion issue. Dropping the weight doesn't fix it, yet it's a good start.

  • Recently my lower back and hips have been giving me significant pain, shooting sharp muscle pains. I know the pain is from the squats i do so i dropped the weight drastically and gave myself 7 days off without any leg work. Should i have problems after 7 days and reducing my weight(210 down to 90-110 range).
