How do you find the treasure that the old guy wants? please help me

you have to finish the old guy in the lighthouse quest before you can unlock secret pond

all of my info is true, if you dont believe me check the megaguide, close to the back of it.

the poles do have different effects, also the numbers are the orders of the duck from the left to the right (female duck doesnt change rod)

1) normal rod no effect

2) red rod slightly stronger fish

3)blue rod, same effect as red rod

4)green rod, same effect as blue and red

5)black and gold rod, 10% further cast up to full cast

6)red and white rod, 10% chance of hooking a larger fish

7) blue and white rod, every fish is 5% larger (my favourite)

8)green and white rod, fish bite 10% faster

Multiples just use the last duck you hit so don't bother

When the ducks are lined up press one of them the ones on the right side are multi colored the ones on the left are solids.

The lower right is gold and black:)

hey every body i was gettin pissed off because i would tap the light house and noting would happen and i have a i pod touch and then i read some comments and you gotta go to ''help&options'' and go to ''game options'' and then ''tutorial mode off'' and then it will work good luck ;)

here is how you get the secret rod...

1.) Turn off tutorial mode in game options

2.)Double tap lighthouse

3.)Click the flash on the trees as the lighthouse beam passes it.

4.)Click on some of the ducks in the secret pond.

5.)Exit game

6.)Go to any extreme mode and your rod will be a different color.

i really works, u have to get onto thhe pond and touch any random duck and exit game, then u have to touch the x so that all the extreme maps cum up and than your rod changes

It doesnt work 4 me!!

I open a new game, go to the secret pond, wait for the duck to get into position, press on the female duck 4 times to make the male ducks quack, press the 3rd duck once, press pause, change location, go to the other old pond. And i still don't get any other rods!!

Does somebody no what im doing wrong?? if u do can u please reply!!!

Alright ive found out how to get the rods exactly do everything he does go to the pond but to get the different rods you have to cast your rod make sure you here that noise then follow the chart ill post soon

the way to get the rods is too make sure the when u click the ducks they sound like ducks if they dont u get no rods so click the femalde duck till tehy quack liek ducks then each one u click has \difrent rods Black rod-Nothing
