it all depends on your shampoo actually you can tell if your hair likes the shampoo if it stays silky!!

oh and i drink lots of milk and eat eggs,study shows that egg increses the nail and hair grow got proof because my hair grows fast when i eat eggs, 2 is the good portion!!

i shampoo my hair 4 to 5 times why i shampoo it until i smell the fragrance of the shampoo, it indecates your hair is squeky clean!!

@misscandycorpse not necesarily because i usually use a wide comb with blunt ends, study shows that if you use combs like that it massages your scalp and also brings out your natural hair oils, well if you cant use egg or milk then how bout this, when you start your day tie ur hair in a tight ponytail, it worked for me every morn i tie my hair in a tight ponytail and at the end of the month i grew 1 inch in length hehehe.... try that i think it'll work with you to!!

it comes natural lol like i dont do anything with my hair and its VERY silky, i put a hair tie in and it falls right out unless its an elastic one lol =/ but its very beautiful..also i use loads of conditioner..just a handful and my hair is medium length (bout 6 inches below my shoulders) lol

A lot of oiling and wearing it up in various buns, braids and updos. Once you start sitting on it, you pretty much have to wear it up in public, for the most part.

Oil oil oil oil oil. And more oil. And babying it. No heat, no blow drying, no dye, no product, updos in the wind and most of the time to prevent mechanical damage, etc. Did I mention oil? Gentle shampoos and rich conditioners, stretching out time between washes. Supplements and a good diet also help.
