Great post Robski, reminds me of the Essex Barn and Camden Palais nights - totally forgot about this track till I stumbled on your video. I think the vocal comes from the start of an old Schoolly D track, from the Saturday Night Album.....
Casper Pound who ran and owned Rising High Records remixed this track, absolute classic remix, on Tam Tam, my mate Herbie bought it for me, sadly Casper Pound passed away a few years back, other legendary remixes by Casper Pound would be Union Jack - 2 Full Moons and a Trout. Legend
i remember centreforce fm running "togetherness" at the finess centre on saturdays before that it was a night called meltdown, was that fantasy fm? went every weekend for a year :-)
i was fourteen and sneaking in to the fitness centre london bridge where fantasy fm was running a night fridays i think and this was the one everyone waited for, when it dropped it dropped if you know what i'm saying it!!!! nice
big shout to all you friends fm listeners yeh.. run tings station "we're all just good friends in the studio london town keep it locked..." proper vibes no stress pure buzz underground business - shout to stomp rave dance sunrise moonlight fantasy chilling power smartboys centreforce centrepoint the usual suspects all good in the hood
