i loved the recipe but i think you meant millimeters not centimeters because 3cm thick slices are very thick, pretty much the thickness of the actual sirloin steak that was being cut. however, thanks for the recipe!!
@MrQuagmire26 do you live in korea? I live in the states, and my mom (who is korean) and my emoh make it for me all the time. Have you tried it actually with coca-cola mixed into the marinade besides sugar? It's DELICIOUS!!!
