  • must be real hard to hit a double end bag with just hooks........

  • Awesome!

  • Well done. You inspired me, I'll be on the double end bag tonight. Stay safe.

  • you are excellent

  • maaan...im not in bad shape already, but how do i get to your shape.....btw i cant afford to go gym atm lol

  • Somebody loves himself. Why would anybody think this video was in anything other than real time? Are you seriously suggesting it looks sped up?

You're in good shape and you have good technique... nothing amazing.

You want to see "insane and extremely fast knock out combinations" (which these are not and you know it), go watch a video of Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather or Amir Khan training.

  • man the discription was toooo long, but i liked , i wanne get this double end bag too

  • Your in good shape and everything and have some nice moves and there is benefit in physical training but spiritual power is another level all together, you can stop entire wars with the right spiritual training. Peace out bro

  • @SlimTips I highly agree with you bro. I do train my mind and also in a spiritual manner. Read my channel description and maybe you'll see what I mean. Thak you for commenting and for watching. Peace!

  • @SOURCExRxE This is good brother but I mean serious spritual training, the true martial art. If you have saught after insurgents then it is most likely you would be ready to kill as a soldier which of course is your duty. I would never give agreement to kill whether for family or country. Brother hear me, the one true martial art is beyond what you can concieve however I feel your spirit is strong but the path you walk is not truly yours, however you will find it. Peace out

  • how can the degrees reach115

  • @lolycow ,

  • @lolycow Thsi was in August, in Baghdad, Iraq. When I was in Quwait, it reached above 140 degrees at one point when I 1st got there the year before this video was filmed. The sands & rocky landscapes collect the current temperatures according to the seasons & intesify them. So it can get blistering hot during the day out & devestating cold during the night there. Thank you for watching and for commenting. Peace!

  • @SOURCExRxE its kuwait buddy...

  • Nice

  • Nice

  • he made a good beat. he has good rythme

  • Reminds me Fallout 3 C:

  • breath!!!mate breath!!!

  • Your stance is too square and you need to sway to the right as well, not just the left like the guy before me mentioned.

Other than that, nice workout dude. Keep it up.

  • hes slipping 2 the left evrytime...id just throw a rite hook..game over

  • I've eaten Peanuts before, but i never remember fighting one in my whole life though 0_0

  • and I suppose all you saying "his not even fast" bla bla stfu!! u haters

    cant do shit thats why....

  • is he in jail? lol

  • It looks easy but let me tell you, the damn bag moves faster then you can coordinate your eyes and your hands to hit it accurately, especially when you're standing close to it, it looks like the bag is slow from where the camera is. and this guy didn't miss all that much, first time I had to do it I thought 'hah piece of cake' and let me tell you that first day I couldn't hit it more than 2 times in a row without missing.

  • this ain't even fast? wth

  • Fukkn Garbage!!! Smh

  • Someone will make a dubstep video of your beats

  • it looks like dancing

  • Are you in jail O.o?

  • nice vid, looks like you are educated too, keep it up.

  • Great technique... mad respect for you man. That heat, plus being able to keep such a punching rate up would be hard. I try to do this for 10 minutes non-stop at the gym and I am ridiculously tired at the end of it, props man.

  • cheers for posting this vid bro im inspired!!!

  • 2:04 FUCK THIS SHIT!!!! IM MELTING!!!

  • Upper body is ripped, but lower body is laughable

  • @SonStarwind What does this have to do with his technique. Want to see nice bodies, go to a gym or something and find your mate there.

  • crap

  • That last comment was a joke, that's actually good speed and movement/swaying.

  • @128venom Ha, ha! lol! I had a feeling there was a bit of sarcasm involved in that statement. Love your sense of Humor. Humor heightens our sense of survival & preserves our sanity. We must laugh at the face of our helplessness or go insane. Those last 2 sentences I quoted are from the late great Charlie Chaplin. Anyhow, thank you for watching my video & I'm glad you liked it. Oh and most importantly, thanks for the laugh. It got my day started just right. Peace my friend.

  • I think mike tyson, pacman and mayweather are better. U need to improve a lot. On a more positive note, youre better than most homeless men

  • @128venom You know, you're not the 1st to tell me I am better than most homeless men. lol!

  • @SOURCExRxE Im sorry man, all these guys criticizing make me laugh. I doubt they could even keep a straight head shitting at 20 degrees. That's some smooth controlled combos with good hip work + great head movement. Could you upload one of your foot work just so i can have a look.

  • @128venom lets see your video of what you can do...

  • u do the same combos :P and u coment like if was a simple target when u boxin u havent time to do all that kind of combor u need to move some jabs....etc

  • @LordSro Thank you for the advice. It makes perfect sense. But please keep in mind, this is no where near how I perform in the "Ring" or in any type of match. Kknow that this is mainly an exercise for me. Keep in mind, that this stand was made out of 2 bed frames tied together since we didnt have much equipment when I was in this deployment in Baghdad, Iraq. The space inbetween the 2 frames was only about 48" & since the bag was dead center, I only had about 18" to not-move-about with my combos.

  • @SOURCExRxE Hey what was your job in the army? I just want to know cause I'm interested about joining it and stuff. Plz reply back thx.

  • MAN, really wanna end this. My mail keeps ringing with your answers and I don't want to disable the mail messaging from U2b. Just BYE

  • @JosueAlba I just seen this. My apologies. I'll stop. Good luck with your endeavors. Hope to learn something from you one day. Peace!

  • Fastest in your home son.

If you were close to fast we would know you... but since noone has even hear remotely of you... you are just another nonfactor

  • @JosueAlba Some of the greatest fighters/teachers/students or what have you, are not well known. We dont care about the fame nor the money. Just glory/honor. Keep playing your games in the safety of your mother's home. I'm actually going to go pro this year & only to promote my gym & my style of martial art. Remember the name Jesus "Stryker" Medina aka "Funky Cold" Medina. Remember the names Team WAR, K.O. Method & Finally "WSSDM" Way of Softness Self Defense Method all founded by me.

  • @SOURCExRxE Lol I got bored of your stupidity at the 3rd word.

  • @JosueAlba This was an old Iraqi Army installation that we took over. That was a makeshift gym that helped to preserve my sanity. We didnt have much out there so I constructed it with 2 bed frames.

  • @SOURCExRxE You're a shame... but keep your spirit, is the ONLY thing you seem to have. Since u dont have money/talent/speed/trainer/ or a mother that loves you

  • @JosueAlba I'm an innovator not a hater like you. Seems to me you've been studying me. You're not so dumb after all. If your record is real, very impressive but non the less means nothing to me.

  • @SOURCExRxE I'm not a hater, i said it was average. and you started to insult. Find your excuse somewhere else. I didn't pretend to insult you with my comment, that was my oponion.

  • @JosueAlba Continue... Sadly proud people gets pissed when someone shows them they are anything amazing.

  • @JosueAlba lol! I'm not pissed at all. I am composed & collected, always ready to be hectic if need be.

  • @SOURCExRxE Don't address the idiots/trolls! They don't know shit! You've been an inspiration to me, and probably thousands since you posted this video!! Good luck in the future!!

  • @jakzev Gee,... thank you! I can tell we share the same love & passion for the sweet science of Boxing &/or Martial Arts. I'm honored to hear that I've been somewhat of an inspiration to you.

  • @jakzev Truly that is all I want to do. I just want to share as much as possible with the world of what my journey, studies & research have instilled in me. Glad I can help in some way. Peace my friend

  • @SOURCExRxE Needed things to speack to me

    1. gain like 40 pounds more and somehow like 6 inches more. You are not bigger than my dick.

    2.- Earn a degree.

  • @JosueAlba What will a degree get me in a match? You have no clue what you are talking about &you dont even know how to defend yourself. Go get some advice from your mother. I can tell you just left your home or wait a minute,... do you still live with your mother? lol! I bet you do. I'm assuming you have some kind of degree to bring this stupid point up. I bet you took the easy way out & have lived with your parents & they even provide you with a car. Everything handed to yo, right? Hmmm...

  • @SOURCExRxE hahaha 5 year as national champion of lima lama (full contact) and 2 panamericans 67 fights won, 0 loses 39 KOs and u say I know nothing hahahaha You are just a non factor.

  • @JosueAlba I've seen some of this matches. Some of these competitors are not true warriors but only students that take it for competition. That experience wont help you much in a real fight.

  • @JosueAlba It is controlled. After points are awarded, you get seperated and then allowed to commence again. That doesnt happen in a real fight. There is no stopping until only 1 man is standing.

  • @SOURCExRxE Now you are speaking without knowing anything... Full contact limalama is knockout 5 rounds 3 mins. Everything goes. Punch-kick-throws- submission

  • @JosueAlba Where's your gym at? If & when I can, I'll come pay you a visit. You dont have to worry about me being a dirty fighter. I fight with honor, wisdom's my armor. Mine is Costa Mesa, CA Check..

  • @SOURCExRxE Keep your stupidity all the way. and make your life here at youtube where u can say what you want.

  • @SOURCExRxE and the degree is to own somthing in life other than your crapy -falling apart gym... that bag u hit the frame sounds like crap.

  • bro its not worth fighting everyone on here. Im just gonna say thank you for serving our country.

  • @Resurrected2BeKilled You're right. "A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough." -Bruce Lee

This has actually happened to me several times but I am working hard at gaining the discipline to not waste my time with some of these negative idiot trolls. Thank you for watching & for commenting. Peace!

  • Where's the fast part?

  • @herculesandco "Whatever the way, a true master of strategy does not appear to be fast." -Miyamoto Musashi

  • ok you can hit the floor to ceiling you have shown that but nothing spectacular, your not doubling up anything. Go to any gym that has guys that fight in the amateurs and if they use that bag regularly they will be much faster and have better combos

  • This's fast , I don't understand why a lot of people say this's average level of speed.

Cuz , it's Double-end Bag , we need to wait

until it bounce back in the vary direction

, to aim & hit it at the right moment.

This's totally different from an ordinary punching ball

that need only rhythm memorize to train

, as we can see a lot of professional boxers punch it while he close his eye.

  • @MarmotteHazard Thank you for watching & for taking the time to leave such a detailed comment. I can tell you looked @ the right things from a true Martial Artist's perspective. I can tell we share the same love & passion for the Martial Arts. Surely this isnt the fastest punching out there but it is fast enough even though this is just a warmup type of cardio exercise for me. & it was very difficult trying to sustain that speed for as long as I could in that heat. Thanks once gain my friend.

  • that's like very average....

  • @JosueAlba Average what? I garuanty I do not produce "very average" results. Send anybody you know with any type of skill my way, & I will deteriorate their confidence, to include yours! ESTAS PENDEJO O QUE? Por favor no gastes mi tiempo en el futuro pinche idiota!

  • @SOURCExRxE "A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough." -Bruce Lee

This quote is targeted more towards myself. Thank you for watching & for taking the time to comment. Peace

  • @SOURCExRxE Indeed very good moves and style, but do not get cocky of yourself. Try anyone in boxing maybe manny or floyd. Call them out if you have too

  • @SOURCExRxE come to me I'll drag all your confidence to meet it with the crap I'll get out of you.

Tu pinche tiempo, pinche indigena jodido. Ni para un pinche gimnasio tienes pinche Mexicano jodido traga frijoles.

Insulta a tu pinche madre hijo de puta

  • @JosueAlba This is coming from same lame 29 yr old gamer? (*nothing against gamers, only this idiot commenting on my video) You need to grow up! Your videos & your content on your channel truly do say a lot about you. Now for starters, I own my own gym. I can give you the address if you'd like so you can come test your skills against mine. I dont like to hurt people but I would def hurt you & not intentionally but because of the way you would throw yourself at me thanks to your underestimation.

  • @SOURCExRxE hahaha you deducted a life with 4 videos? OMG Sherlock (yes Sherlock Holmes from Sr.A. Conan Doyle google it so u know what I'm talking about before u continue reading)

  • @JosueAlba lol! Not sure if you do have a degree but if you do, learn to use it more wisely. Read the description 1st like the stratigically named tittle says. I was on a deployment In Iraq.

  • @SOURCExRxE Say whatever you want. This is my last comment on this average puncher. But you are a punching bag if that's fast... that's like warmup slow speed. END.

  • @JosueAlba Once again, read the descrption bud. If you would have done that in the 1st place, your comment would be a little different. You probably would have given me some constructive criticism.

  • @JosueAlba Am I correct or am I wrong? It sounds to me like you know a little bit about a thing or 2 that you can share with the world. Am I correct or am I worng? Keep judging my skill by this video

  • @JosueAlba I'd love to try that limalama w/you & inevitably against you. Sounds like fun, wont you say? I envite you to my gym to exchange more than just blows, like some techniques. I love learning!

  • @JosueAlba "A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough." -Bruce Lee

This quote is targeted more towards myself. Thank you for watching & for taking the time to comment. Peace

  • Yee spics go hard keep up the good work vato

  • @LatinoSoulja1 "A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough." -Bruce Lee

This quote is targeted more towards myself. Thank you for watching & for taking the time to comment. Peace!

  • @LatinoSoulja1 evry one nows blacks call each other niggers but i never heard hispanics calling each other spics

  • @marctheman001 I was thinking the same thing. I was a little baffled by that comment. But to each his own. Thanks for watching.

  • Haha rickety ass thing! Good vid.

  • very average and its not good to keep the same rythm in the ring youll be too easy to read

  • @ben8509able Read the discription. No offense, but why would you waste your time stating the obvious. Please read the discription. Your point however makes perfect sense. The last thing you want to be in the ring is to be predictable

  • @SOURCExRxE You are awesome man, very nice vid and thank you! I learned something from it =)

  • @ben8509able i did read the description and i agree its smooth and controlled and is a good cardio exercise but didnt think there was any 'insane and extremely fast knockout combinations.' can tell u can box tho as long as this is only half pace and 20% of your speed and power?

  • do waffles calibrate the english?

  • @titsohmatic lol! What the hell?... lol! I'm curious to know what relevance your question has with this video? Thank you for making me laugh & for watching my video.

  • Much respect battle, training down range lol

  • Nice, man! Are double-end bags good? I'm thinking about getting a bag or two home(other one for kicks), and I'm thinking about what size and what it should be like, I mean the best for punches. :) Keep this up!

  • @crazyguy745 The mexican double end bag simulates a head & body. This is why this is the best for combination training. This allows for faints, misdirections & variations to be truly applied into your style of physical flow of expression. It is impossible to apply variation & misdirection since there is only one target to strike. However, the single double end bag is best for training your fluidity of kicks. I'll upload a video soon to show my method of training for kicks on a double end bag.

  • @crazyguy745 I meant to say that on a single double end bag (meaning only 1 ball/target) it is impossible to apply misdirections & variations since there is only 1 target. The "Mexican" double end bag (looks like a peanut like in this video) is best for training punching combinations since it has 2 targets mimicking a head & a midsection so you can truly apply variations (head-jab + jab w/R, body-hook w/L, body-uppercut w/R head-overhand w/L). Hope this helps. Thank you for watching & commenting

  • @SOURCExRxE

    I appreciate your answer ! :)

  • good movement amigo, looks really humid there. keep it up

  • fastest man in the world?haha, nice joke,u r not average for amateur fighter, grandma

  • @dax111100 L2read

  • @dax111100 I dont consider myself the "fastest man in the world". Like the quote shared from 1 of the greatest warriors/strategist/swordsman of all time, Miyamoto Musashi stated, "Whatever the way, a true master of strategy does not appear fast". Speed truly cannot be sustained for long periods of time by any human. Judging by your comment you'll never understand the true meaning of anything intellectual in nature. This "not-average-for-amateur fighter" will K.O. you in less than 1 round, grandma

  • The rythm, punching on the bags, are making is well better than ANY JB album.. I'm not a hater, i just hate him.. ;-)

  • you don't jab ?

  • @traaphael I only jab to probe & most importantly, to misdirect my opponent. I treat it as my pawn as any chess player would. Here I am merely using the double end bag for cardio. That's why I keep a similar rhythm through out. Just trying to move smoothly so I wont slow down & trying to use as many muscles as possible to help me with my endurance but that heat got to me. I dont move about much with my stance because that little space I'm in, is only 46" total & only had about 18" to work combos

  • @SOURCExRxE you don't uppercut :P

  • @SOURCExRxE where u learned to box and the price?

  • @lucirz I learned the basics & most fundamentals of boxing from a good friend of mine Kelly Lawson. A former U.S. Marine & Golden Gloves Champ. He is an American of Russian decent. He is about 6' 2", weighs about 195 & is fast as hell. He's the only person who has ever introduced me to the canvas. lol! Aside from that I've been studying Boxing, MArtial Arts, Strategy & the way the body is affected through sound, touch & vision & how it is shocked &/or misdirected through all those means. Price?

  • @lucirz It cost me nothing. I was very fortunate & Boxing found me. 1 day, I heard of a boxing event being held near where I lived & I decided to go check it out (I was 21 yrs old). It was sold out, so I waited to see if someone had an extra tix for sale. The promoter of the event which was my trainer, Kelly Lawson, approach me & ask what I was doing & I told him the truth. Then he guessed my weight dead on & asked if I boxed. I replied with no because I wasnt a boxer. I just studied it. Then he

  • @lucirz Then he asked if I would like to box & I replied with "SURE!" Then he asked, "I mean right now, as in today?" & I thought he was joking & I asked "are you serious?" He asked, "can you get a mouthpiece & some shorts?" I said, "yes". A boxer's flight was delayed & couldnt make it to the event. He said "dont worry Ill take care of the rest, now hurry". I raced home got my cheap mouthpiece from basic training (military-I had just graduated) & my ARMY funny looking shorts & old tennis shoes.

  • @lucirz I got to box my 1st time ever without any actual boxing training nor sparring experience & get this, it was the main event! I was scarred as hell. My opponent had a decent record (34-9-1) & was much taller & obviously more skilled than I was. Well, I rocked him a few times in the 1st & I gained confidence. I came out for the kill for the 2nd. I kept hitting him in his lead shoulder when attempting to hit his head but he would lean back to evade my power shots but kept rocking his body.

  • @lucirz I noticed something wrong with him, & figured out how to misdirect him & rocked his body & his head, almost knocking him down several times but he was saved by the bell. The bell rang for the 3rd but he "threw in the towel" & awarded me with my first TKO! Everybody was in awe & I became the new town favorite over night! It was surreal I tell you. To make a long story short. Kelly Lawson (the promoter) invited me to his gym to train me for FREE! It was such an honor & humbling experience

  • He keeps his chin down nicely. Good style.

  • @chris42259 i thought your supposed to keep it up ?

  • @AHU96 Not when you're fighting. It's a knockout button, you keep it hidden.

  • @chris42259 ohh didn't know that thanks for telling me :)

  • @AHU96 Just like @chris42259 said, you NEED to keep your chin down. The only way to get knocked out cold, is if you get hit in the lower part of the temple with an over hand right/left coming downward & from either side, or any type of hit with any type of punch to your chin. So it is best to tuck it into your lead shoulder & close to your chest so if they do get through your guard & hit you in your chin, your head wont get rocked. Also, keep your rear glove on chin to absorb impact of any hit.

  • @SOURCExRxE I don't disagree with you, but note that Ali and Holmes both pulled their heads back, rather than tuck their chin in. Tucking their chin in would have messed with their general style, so I guess my point is that, if it doesn't mess with your best style of punching, yes - keep your chin down.

  • Nice, flows well, do you mind putting up a video that shows your feet while your doing this exercise?

  • @DeanStructural Thank you for watching my video & for the interest. I have 2 other videos on my channel where you can see my different stances, pivots, weaving, bobbing, swaying & fainting. I'll be uploading my favorite double end bag video soon. It's a little long but it is interesting to see how I pace myself throughout the 8 mins straight with non-stop action & the volume of punches, plus their intensity, is truly insane. Hope my other double end bag provoke a critique from you. Peace!

  • I dunno but when I'm in a fight I just hit as hell on his head and I mean 10 times faster as you punch may come to the adreline boost in time and the black vision you get if you are really angry. But I can just litterly kill someone if someone not comes in front of each other, I think I need to start doing a fighting thingy to control that shit :D what is your opinion?

  • bruce lee is better you are probably as good as krillen age 11

  • U can hear the rythem

  • Vientos cabron!!

  • nice work..Boy that looks hot & dry wherever you are.

  • Great video, ruined by shitty annotations.

  • wow so good!

  • Impressive! Kitten Natividad woudl let you grab her juGGs any day!

  • nice beat brow *-* :-*

  • im getting dehyrdated watching this...*croak*

  • i like the rhythm

  • it was smooth, but mexicans still need 6 mexicans to take down a black guy

  • @tefrumpzax lmfao yess and yess

  • how long would it take to get pro if you start to join a gym next month for the first time?

im also a 18 year old female..iv been watching videos among videos ..for te first time in my life i know im going to take something as boxing as serious as i can im fully aware that it will take ALOT of hard work but i am up for the challenge i now have nothing to lose in reality, its either this or just kill my self ... im deditcated its all about the money now..im fully aware.

  • @insomnia00shock I'm not sure how it is for women, but I would say that within 3-4 years you can become pro. But if you are as dedicated as you mentioned you are and will be, those 4 years will fly by. You should be extremely, I mean EXTREMELY patient with all this. You can become real good in less than 2 years with the dedication you speak of. But it wont be enough experience to endure what being a pro will bring. There's more to worry than that of your opponent & that of the physical.

  • @insomnia00shock Your opponent will be your best friend when living as a pro fighter. What I mean by this is, there are so much politics involved in the pro life. You need to give your self time enough to build good habits & eliminate all fears to maximize your confidence. Also, it SHOULD NEVER BE "all about the money". It should always be about your SELF, about your being & who you are. Once you maximize yourSELF, the money will follow. That way, when the money is gone, you wont be as well.

  • @SOURCExRxE thank you so much for responding as well thank you i really do appreciate your advice. :)

  • @insomnia00shock I tried leaving your page a comment but couldnt, then I tried to leave you a message but you have some kind of "contact lock". Not sure if you were aware you had that lock on.

  • @SOURCExRxE uh i think fixed it .. look forward to seeing more videos of you .. i decided you inspire me lol i know its kind of weird seeing how i just found out about you but its still pretty cool seeing how you look at the boxing world .. i cant stop saying thank you lol

  • @insomnia00shock Yup, you fixed it but now you have to accept my contact request before I can start leaving you any messages. Let me know when you do so I can send you more detailed info on boxing strategy.

If anybody else reads this, I'm not looking for people to sponsor, but it doesn't hurt to try, right? The teacher also learns from the student & this is why I choose my students wisely. If you dont hear back from me & you are a true seeker of "The Way", I will get back to you in due time.

  • @insomnia00shock I think it finally worked. I'll be sending you info from time to time. Dont forget, you're only limited to your creativity. Boxing is 90% mental & 10% physical. Little by little you'll learn the meaning of this. Knowing this will allow you to be 3-4 steps ahead of your opponent & it'll allow you to always set yourself up for the next shot through kinetic energy & misdirection. Lastly, you'll outperform any opposition through maximized endurance by making no unnecessary movements

  • @insomnia00shock ‎"You can abandon your own body, but never let go of your honor." -Miyamoto Musashi

"Think lightly of yourself and think deeply of the world." -Miyamoto Musashi

Never give up & especially not in yourSELF. We must laugh at the face of our helplessness or go insane. We're all full of innate abilities & skills that could only be surfaced through a lot of experience in everything and all things possible. Never limit your self. You're only limited to your creativity. Be in control!

  • @SOURCExRxE il definitely take great pride in using your advice im so sure this is what i want to do even as a career hopefully.

  • @insomnia00shock "Respect the gods, without relying on their help." -Miyamoto Musashi

This is one of my favorite strategist. Miyamoto Musashi (1584 – 13 June 1645) was a famous Japanese swordsman, believed to have been one of the most skilled swordsmen in history. He wrote Go Rin No Sho (The Book of Five Rings) a classic work on strategy, tactics, & philosophy. You can truly apply his tactics to our everyday life to assist in having as smooth of a day as possible & in battle as well. LEARN IT!

  • @insomnia00shock My last words to you my friend, choose your gym as you would a pair of shoes or the food you eat or the friends you hang out with,... WISELY! Dont settle for the 1st gym you find and dont tell them you are trying to go pro one day. Just let them know you want to gain the discipline that comes with the boxing workouts & possibly from learning the sweet science of boxing.

  • @insomnia00shock There are a lot of money hungry "coaches/trainers" out there that wont take you under their wing because they care about you but because they see potential in making money. Find the gym that exudes the love & passion for boxing. Everything about it will say "Boxing, this is life!" If they're open because of the true love of boxing, they'll teach all the right things. Only they have what it takes to truly maximize your abilities & most importantly, your being. Good luck my friend

  • @SOURCExRxE omg thank you so much! you dont know how much this means to me il take all the help i can get i was just now doing the reasearch on the right gyms im going to check them out myself tomorrow THANK YOU SOURCExRxE.

Paz!

  • Impressive training, awesome.

  • thats how the mexicans get it down

  • Very Impressive! Great job man

  • good :)

  • Very cool. :)

  • anyone else think this has a good beat to it? lol

  • Good hands homie

  • @hydraz2 Thank you so much for your honest critique. This is what you tube needs. More people like you who actually give good feedback that can only be taken as constructive criticism to improve our video viewing pleasure. Thank you for taking the time to comment and for watching my video. I just though the extra info helped. I'm sure you know this already but in case you didn't, you can turn any popups off in any video by clicking the red speech bubble on the lower right corner of the video.
