do u perm your hair? im just asking cuz its really straight and sometimes it gets curly.. i dont kno if u just brush it down and have good hair or not...
Giggles, I have a texturizer in my hair so its nver fully straight never fully curly... well actually the texturizer keeps my hair curly, when I brush it I get slight waves. I like it better than the relaxed look. I was natural for 12 years so I still have an affection for naps, so much so that if I ever let my hair grow longer than this I would go back natural.
Hi Tony how are you? You may need to rub your muscles down with flex all w/o smell or green alcohol. Just to help keep your muscles loose and they won't hurt as much.
I started doing 10 push ups in a row. Then I moved to 20...then 30. Now I can do 60 push ups in under a minute. At one point you start to gain momentum and go with the flow and the push ups start to because see-saw like, and the adrenalin starts to increase. Its a beautiful feeling. =) Keep up the work though, but Imma say it again; you are FINE =)
try do diamond push up. diamond push up is when your hand close together look like a upside down diamond and if you can do 10 you can do 20 push up no problem.

I was told (and I guess you could goggle search this) to massage the area first (this is for girl) to allow the fat to move and to tone and then follow that up with a calisthenic move like a push up. Wherever you feel it, is where you will see the result. If you feel it in your neck areas then that's where you will lose it. Resistance works well too. Looking good Tonya.
