    --Jeff--

  • the invisable man would be my best friend

  • this is such a great film, and claude rains was such a great actor. i believe that this was claude rains first film. loved rains in the wolf man .

  • Does Dr Goebels Run On Mercury's Liquid Cooling Kit to stay chilled out, or Retired & Need Plutonium's Chill-out Liquid Cooling Kit a.k.a. Baronness Cobra Attachment Complaince Kit Bundle! not Calvin Coolidge's Whip Cream Bundle!

  • a truly great movie from a truly great director, JAMES WHALE. universal studios initially wanted BORIS KARLOFF to play the lead. WHALE, didn't want to hear it. he wanted an actor unknown to hollywood so we got CLAUDE RAINS, a veteran stage actor instead. KARLOFF, saying the second the audience heard his voice he would have been "spotted". bit parts-JOHN CARRADINE AND WALTER BRENNAN. unsurpassed special effects and this movie came out in 1933.

  • this movie is extremely funny! saw this at the age of 12, and I still love it. Thumbs up for seeing movies of when you were younger and still love them today.

  • I am a screenwriter (30+ years) and director in Colorado. I acquired the rights to H G Wells story The Invisible Man in 2006. Although there have been a few films called the Invisible Man, none of them has ever followed the terrifying tale the way Wells wrote it. As a true fan of the book and H.G., my film is an almost direct adaptation from the book. However, since we are indies with very little money we set the location as 1890's Colorado.

  • i had to do a class play for this

  • My school is doing a play on this!

  • @mraxman806

If you're in paris this monday and tuesday you can go see it, gotta love french movie theaters :)

  • good work, great compliment to the movie!

  • will someone please post "the invisible man's revenge" ?

  • i remember when i read the last page of this book a very real chill went down my spine

  • Can you guys tell me how are these shades/glasses called that he wears? Or maybe on what are they used or where can I find a pair :D?

  • British people scare me.

  • I wish I canto back in time with H.G. Wells Time Machine.

  • I wish I could go back in time to see this movie in theaters

  • great movie. nice trailer

  • the music makes this movie run away with itself. just great

  • Horror novel see video book trailer

  • People need to learn the difference between trailers and summarizing a whole movie.

  • Best comedy I have ever seen, even though it's supposed to be a horror (love the part where he's skipping)

  • Classic! Thanks for letting us see this. Found another film with the invisible man. Red Riding Hood Meets Frankenstein. Very funny!

  • Love this movie, the Music is fantastic and Claude Balls even though you cant see him his voice is frightning

  • great movie. horrible acting. lol.

  • @TO4STISSHADOWEDEM0 There are som silly acting in this film I must say but I think Claude Rains is great in the leading role...

  • God Damn! that's one great trailer you made! Wonderful!

  • Sweet trailer, only thing missing was the line, "The whole world's my hiding place."

  • GREAT editing-- thanks so much!

  • This trailer is BRILLIANT! Great editing! I just wish you had some custom optical transitions. I could hand-letter some floating titles for you.

  • lol i dreessed like the invisble man today in halloween night and i suposed to be a momy LOL epic...

  • awesome movie....

  • superb

  • this was some good stuff..........especially considering the time that this film came out.watching this today,it's still erie.

  • love this movie!

  • This is great it sums up everything awesome about this movie in two minutes.

  • I wish you'd do one for the Black Cat...that would be awesome!

  • Excellent job sir! And that goes for your Raven trailer too! Thank you very, very much!

  • He was the one mentioned in Abbot and Costello meet the Invisible Man!

  • H.G Wells is my favorite author.

  • i love it.. bravo...

  • griffin was making a reign of terror

  • Well funny to be walking around nude :P

  • They really need to remake this movie, according to the book. I don't like how they put in this girl Flora, because the Invisible Man was selfish and egomaniacal; he had no love for anyone but himself. Not to mention taking out Mr. Marvel, who was funny, and making Dr. Kemp look like a blithering coward. >.> Kemp had guts and morals.

  • @TheEntryCode At the time the movie was released, the concept of the "anti-hero" or even of having a villain as the main character seemed preposterous, so they needed to justify such a character by having a relatable quality - such as love. It's a shame movies weren't as far ahead as books were at the time.

Nowadays, most books are written as if they're movies, and so movies ended up "winning" in the end. For now, at least.

  • @BlueVane They didn't see how humanizing the Griffin would take away from the suspense. Of course, James Whale's style is humorous in nature.

  • i think if they remade this it might be good like the wolf man remake that was insaine

  • Amazing film, as many have said great special effects...for the 1930's. It was funny, spooky and most of all very entertaining. Your trailer is excellent btw. Peace.

  • The Invisible Man from 1933 with great special effects for a 77 year old movie which still stand up today! Well edited thanks for posting!

  • man i love this moive and i loved the book too griffin is the best and coolest mad sicentist around along with dr.jekyll

  • No offense to Karloff and Lugosi.....but this is my favorite of all the Universal Classics I saw as a kid. It has such dark dark creepy humor....love it.

  • This is my favorite classic horror picture, Due in part to Claude Rains remarkable performance ,his voice captures all the eerieness of the story ,his maniacal laugh as he sends the poor guy over the edge to his death is bone chilling , and i love Una O Conner ,she is quite a character ,her screams are priceless ,this movie is a mainstay in my film collection .

  • thats defintily one of the most clasic horor sci fi films ever made. one of my favorite movies

  • this has such great special effects!!! its hard to believe it was made in the 1930's!

  • lol wer reading the book it isent funny but this movie seem like it

  • In the UK it is PG certificate when shown at the cinema and 12 certificate for DVD release. Probably would have been higher rated when originally released.

  • LOL did you here what he's singing at the end too funny for words love this

  • i still want to see this movie

  • seriously?

  • does anyone know what this film is rated?

  • This movie came out before the MPAA rated films. But if it was rated, I would guess it would be a PG (but possibly a PG-13 for drug use, scary moments, and the whole killer that can't be seen idea)

  • they didn't have ratings back them

  • man i want watch this bad mom keep on talking about it

  • I'm going to dress up for the Invisible Man tomorrow for Halloween for when I help pass out treats at my house. I wanted to dress up today as it's my last year in high school and I wanted to have at least one big Halloween costume day, but it would have taken to long to apply and I was in a rush. Pity. The original idea was to go as The Wolfman but I could never do Pierce's make-up and there aren't many good masks currently. Still it should be fun although it takes wrap my face up right.

  • @balrog13571 lol It's funny how you said you're going to dress up as the Invisible Man for Halloween. But, I know what you mean. hehe

  • horror classic seen this movie on amc twice in 2003, the special effects were excellent for that time period!

  • one of the best movies of planet earth !!!

    cheers :)

  • That was excellent! that just made my night. I wish that when the film came out that they used this video for the trailer...

  • Thanks very much!

  • That was awesome!!! Great Job!

  • ha.....they dont make stuff like this anymore
