I can't tell for certain but there doesn't appear to be a rear door on this bus. Is it a lower capacity one used for local feeder routes? I also can't tell if it's a single or double deck but I assume single since that wall would probably be farther back for a double to accommodate the steps.
I think you might have the reg mixed up with this bus. M941DUS has a Alesander Royale body Volvo engine and ZF box. This has Cummins Voith. Its possible the reg u meant to put down was M941EYS this has a Northern Counties Palatine II body. Great recording nice to hear it again I use to work on this and its sister bus when I was a mechanic at scotstoun depot.

@TheTransitCamera Volvo Olympian says it all, It is a DOUBLE decker & the door is in the normal place next to the driver with no centre door!!
