Continued...It's probably because they charge somewhere around 40$ per cat grooming. And it is safe to groom your cat up to every 3 months. (my guess is u should factor in whether your cat is long or short haired and if you let them outside to have real life)

With that being said if you are too DIRTY. CHEAP or damn LAZY to give your cat proper hygiene, u should keep it to yourself.(personally that's not something I would share with the world)

@ThatGurlNextDoor08 well, for one she's declawed, so that always helps.. lol.. and also, she's generally just a calm cat so it all worked out. maybe try to take control over all of your cat's paws so you are less likely to get clawed; or you can get the rubber claw caps from your local pet store. thank you for watching!

My cat is 7 years old and has never been washed with shampoo or even had water poured on her. All I do it use a wet paper towel on here sometimes and brush here with a clean brush everyday.

@TheMonyNano well you don't necessarily have to bathe a cat as soon as you get one. if you feel as if you need to bathe it for one reason or another, just make sure to keep it as warm and comfortable as you can throughout the bathing process. let's face it -- you're cat's not going to like the bath either way. it's just about trying to make it as pleasant an experience for them as you can. thank you :)

@GhattiiiGumm in all the times that i've bathed cats, i never used soap on their bottoms. i'm just not sure that it won't burn if it gets inside any of their private areas. my advice to you would be to use a washcloth dipped in warm water. if your kitty is so messy that this will not work, i would suggest bringing her to a groomer. it'll cost some money, but it's better to send her off to someone who is experienced in bathing all kind of animals than it is to possibly cause her harm :-) thanks
