i have this book and it is very good so far, if you are a fan of michael jackson, or want to know about michael jackson you would might want to read this book. and also there is good books out there like moonwalk by michael jackson , or la toya jackson starting over, theres also other good books too. so check this book out if u havent read it:)

Hey Trish! I just finished reading Jermaine's book last week and it was absolutely amazing!! I couldn't put it down once I started reading! I've been a Jackson fan for a long time and there were so many stories or information about them and MJ that I had never known about!! It was well written and addictive! In fact, I will most likely re-read it after the Holidays just so I can take notes! I have to agree with you, it was one of THE best books Ive ever read. Jermaine did an amazing job!

Hi Trish. I want to thank you for this review. I have read the book twice and am about to read it again. I love it that much. I have read all the Jackson books written by them, Including Joe Jackson's book entitled.The Jacksons'. Of all the Jackson books I have read, Jermaine's is by far the best. I have always respected Joe Jackson and all his children have paid homage to him in Katherine's book. I really wish fans would pay attention before they pass judgement.

Agree 1000% when it comes to the fans need to get into a Jackson family arguments. It is beyond dumb. Things they worked out 20 years ago the fans who weren't even born when it happened are still arguing about. The Jacksons are human beings and a family - with ALL that that entails.

Regarding the book itself, you summarized it well. Jermaine and his ghostwriter Steve Dennis wove a beautiful story. Joseph is supposed to have a documentary of his own in a month or two as well.

Joe also wrote a book in German called 'The Jacksons'. which was translated by fans. It is one of my favourite jackson books after Jermaine's book. It covers a wide area of the family life.
