I cut things in half to intake after my workout: Either half a p90X protein bar or half a shakeology or half a
p90x recovery drink. it's still a workout, still need to feed your body after and get the protein in during that window. moslty listen to your body. You'll know how you feel after. Push hard! :)
HR Monitor in my opinion is the best way to track your progress over time on cardio routines. I recommend checking your resting heart rate on the mornings of the fit test before you get out of bed. You'll notice that it decreases over weeks that you do Insanity. Pro athletes have a resting heart rate of about 60BPM. I started at 78 BPM, I'm now at 72 BPM (Day 23)
Woohoo! Mark day 1 off! I love this workout. I have my last one tomorrow then the pain starts back up on thursday lol. Keep it up Arlene. Enjoy this week:)
Did you use any supplement drinks after core cardio & balance? Just wondering because im about to start the week.
