why did you cook most of the food using a tagine but without the lid? is the flavor different with it on or off? makes no sense. also, why did you finish cooking the food in the oven instead of just putting the lid back on? I thought that using the tagine was the whole purpose of cooking as if it was an oven. but then what do I know. can you explain please. by the way, my family and I loved your moussaka.
You have pissed me right off! I cooked this and it was awesome couple months ago and have spent forever looking for this video again ever since, really nice recipe only thing I did diff was use chuck steak and rendered it in the bacon for some taste really ace dish now have found and added to favs gonna invite freinds over and have tonight *****5stars
Excellent!!! Thanks for taking the time to comment... For this recipe I found it worked really well with a bit more salt then expected... Either way, it's still very good. ENJOY!!!

What do you do with the bacon? What do you do with the bacon grease? Do you drain ALL of the grease? I would imagine, yes?
