@lycanfan the only thing redeeming about Ultimatum is that Jeph Leob also wrote ultimates 3 which somehow manages to be EVEN worse. they should reboot the whole universe and put Bendis on Spider-man, Millar on The avengers, Brain k. vaughn on X-men and warren ellis on FF
Except for the fact that the brought back Ultimate Spidey (now Ultimate Comics Spider-Man) and the Avengers, but nothing else since the Wave either killed them or left them so seperated that it's a non issue. Spidey is still great, and the Avengers are still going strong, but I miss Ultimate X-Men so much. Too bad Loeb killed most of those characters. God damn it.

New Avengers is actually a main marvel universe title. It replaced Avengers. The Ultimate equivalent was The Ultimates.
